Öğe A MCDM Model Proposal and Solution for Evaluating Agile Methods Used in Supply Chain Management(Beykent Üniversitesi, 2023) Yücenur, G. Supply chain management has also evolved in the light of technological developments and incorporated the concept of agility. Agile supply chain is the ability to respond quickly to unexpected changes in demand and supply. As supply chains compete in a rapidly changing and growing market, the agility of the supply chain provides a significant competitive advantage to firms. An agile supply chain has the ability to respond flexibly and quickly to demands and problems. It benefits companies by adopting the right product, the right customer, the right transportation, and the right supply system. In this study, it was aimed to evaluate the agile methods used in the supply chain management processes, and for this purpose, a multi-criteria model consisting of 12 criteria and 9 alternatives was proposed. This proposed model was solved with two-stage multi-criteria solution techniques, and in the first stage of the solution, criterion weights were calculated with the SWARA method, while the evaluation and ranking of alternative agile methods were carried out with the WASPAS method. The application results are presented in the study, so that the most appropriate agile method methodology to be used in supply chain management was determined.Öğe Birleştirilmiş SWARA-COPRAS Yaklaşımını Kullanarak Trüf Mantarı Yetiştirilmesi için Bölge Seçimi(Erzincan Binali Yıldırım Üniversitesi, Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü, 2019) Yücenur, G. Nilay; Şenkan, Çağla; Kara, Güzide Nur; Türker, ÖzgeTrüf mantarı, gerek sahip olduğu oldukça yoğun aromatik tadı ve gerekse de besin değeri ile Dünya genelinde gurme şeflerin aradığı ve sıklıkla kullandığı bir lezzettir. Özellikle doğal ve doğaya dönük beslenmenin hızla yayıldığı son yıllarda oldukça zor yetişen trüf mantarları verilen emek karşılığı alınan ekonomik değer ve ithalat avantajı açısından da ülkelerin en önemli tarım ürünlerinden biri olmaya adaydır. Bu çalışma kapsamında, Türkiye’de kurulması planlanan trüf mantarı yetiştirme alanının hangi ilde kurulması ile ilgili çok kriterli bir model önerilmiştir. 10 kriterden ve 3 alternatif ilden oluşan model, son yıllarda kullanım alanını genişleten iki farklı çok kriterli karar verme yönteminin entegrasyonu ile çözülmüştür. Çözümün ilk aşamasında alternatiflerin değerlendirilmesi için önerilen 10 kriterin ağırlıklarının belirlenmesinde uzmanların kriterleri önem sırasına göre sıralamalarına dayanan Adım Adım Ağırlık Değerlendirme Oran Analizi (Step Wise Weight Assessment Ratio Analysis / SWARA) yöntemi kullanılmış, bu yöntemle elde edilen kriter ağırlıklarına göre alternatifler Karmaşık Oransal Değerlendirme (Complex Proportional Assessment / COPRAS) yöntemi ile değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışma, konusunda uzman kişilerin görüşlerini alarak yetiştirilmesi oldukça zor olan trüf mantarının yetiştirilme şartlarının incelenmesini sağlamış ve en doğru alternatif sıralamasının elde edilmesine yardımcı olarak tarım konusunda yatırım yapacak olan girişimcilere ve ülke yönetimine yol göstermiştir.Öğe Customer Behavior Analysis by Association Rules Mining(Bitlis Eren Üniversitesi, 2020) Yücenur, G. Nilay; Tevge, Hilal; Yaygan, Yeşim; Demir, GökçeThe aim of the research is to contribute to the literature by investigating the effects of the leadership styles of the masters on the organizational commitment of the apprentices in traditional Turkish-Islamic decoration arts. The universe is the branches of training centers in the traditional Turkish and Islamic decoration arts (Islamic calligraphy, bookbinding, tile art, miniature art, Turkish marbling art, leather and paper carving art, paper decoration art and architectural ornament art) in Istanbul. The sample consists of 281 participants in the Turkish-Islamic decoration arts in Istanbul. The data are analyzed with regression analysis. According to the results of the regression analysis, it is seen that democratic, autocratic and laissez-faire leadership styles have significant effect on organizational commitment. Another result is that democratic, autocratic and laissez-faire leadership styles have significant effect on the continuance and normative commitment of apprentices.Öğe Customer Behavior Analysis by Association Rules Mining(2020) Tevge, Hilal; Yaygan, Yeşim; Demir, Gökçe; Yücenur, G. Atthis point, the concept of “difference making-innovation” has become one of the important concepts in today'sworld. Diversifying businesses can quickly adapt to this development process and take up its place in thedevelopment / growth cycle. To making a difference in terms of businesses means to be able to adapt quickly todeveloping management understanding and to reflect this difference in their business processes. In this paper, weare looking for an answer to two important questions for a retail firm that serves in textile sector inİstanbul/Turkey. Our retail firm has 56 different sales points throughout Istanbul. 18 of them are in the Anatoliaand 38 of them are in the European side of İstanbul. The firm produces and sells textile products with differentprice ranges and different specifications. According to the sales habits of the customers, what products should besold in the product range of the company and which products should be sold in two branches that we decided? Inour study, we have proposed a model that explains customer behavior and makes forward-looking forecasts withthe Data Mining application used in Customer Relationship Management to find out the answers to thesequestions. The model was evaluated by Association Rules Mining (ARM) based on past sales slips, the resultswere obtained and future estimates were made. The purpose in the association rule; to find the relationshipsbetween the products purchased by customers during shopping, and to determine the buying habits of customersin line with this relationship data. Also in this paper the tourism effects are tried to be examined because thereare two different branches. One of them has national customers but the other one has more foreign customers.Öğe DETERMINATION OF A FIELD HOSPITAL LOCATION WITH MCDM TECHNIQUES FOR COVID-19 AND ANY OTHER PANDEMICS IN FUTURE(2022) Yücenur, G. NilayThis study was carried out to improve, develop and support the health services that are insufficient in the rapid virus spread between the European Union countries. In this study, it is aimed to determine the location of a field hospital that will serve the patients of the European Union countries, especially the population most affected by the pandemic, in the case of the COVID-19 pandemic and the possible pandemics that may occur. A multi criteria decision model was proposed with 5 main and 20 sub-criteria in order to determine the location of a potential field hospital and six candidate European Union countries were evaluated according to these sub-criteria. In the solution phase of the problem two multi-criteria decision making methods are used in a sequence, firstly the importance weights of the selection criteria were determined with SWARA method and secondly the alternative countries were evaluated and ranked with EDAS method.Öğe Global Location Selection for an Oral Health Center with a Sequential Method by SWARA&TODIM(2023) Yücenur, G. Nilay; Yazıcı, M. HakanThe first step to take when a healthcare facility investment is planned is to choose the most appropriate facility location. This important selection process is a planning process that takes into account economic, ecological and environmental effects, and it is necessary for managers who are decision-makers at the establishment stage to carry out the settlement planning of their organizations using analytical methods. In this study, Stepwise Weight Assessment Ratio Analysis (SWARA) and Interative Multi-criteria Decision Making (TODIM) methods with a help of Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) step, which are among the multi-criteria decision-making techniques, have been applied to the solution of the location selection problem, which can be considered as the first step of health sector investments for an international dental clinic. Within the scope of the study, a multi-criteria decision-making model consisting of 4 main criteria, 17 sub-criteria and 6 alternative countries has been proposed. Alternative countries including Germany, Spain, Netherlands, England, Ireland, and Belgium were evaluated on the basis of criteria gathered under the headings of country structure, demographic structure of the country, cost and risk. By solving the proposed model with the proposed sequential method, Germany was found to be the most suitable location for such a dental health centerÖğe A Producer Selection Problem : A Case From Turkish Food Industry(Beykent Üniversitesi, 2017) Yücenur, G. NilayCacao is a very valuable crop as cash. Because cacao is an important exportation crop for countries where it is produced and it is a critical importation product for countries which cannot produce cacao because of their unsuitable climate conditions but consuming it. We suggested a model for choosing the appropriate cacao producer for our chocolate firm in Turkey by applying multicriteria decision making (MCDM) methods: Analytic hierarchy process (AHP), Analytic network process (ANP) and VIKOR based on linguistic variables under fuzzy environment in this paper. All three methods are suggested to be used in our proposed hierarchical model. Firstly, fuzzy AHP methodology is used for analyzing the 4 main criterions and 14 sub-criterions; secondly fuzzy ANP methodology is applied for representing the interrelationships among these main criterions and the last methodology, VIKOR, is used to find out a compromise solution. The proposed model is explained by illustrative example, all comparisons and evaluations are made with triangular numbers with fuzzy sets and final results of fuzzy AHP, fuzzy ANP and VIKOR are tested for comparability.Öğe Sigorta Sektöründe Kasko Poliçe Seçimi için Bulanık Mantık Temelinde Üç Farklı Çözüm: AHP – ANP – VIKOR Yöntemleri ve Türkiye’den bir Uygulama(Süleyman Demirel Üniversitesi, 2018) Yücenur, G. NilayKişi ve kurumların ömürlerinin her aşamasında karşılaşabilecekleri risklerden korunmasını ve finansal açıdan en az zararla bu risk sonuçlarını atlatmasını sağlayan sigorta sektörü günümüzde hem Türkiye’de hem de dünya genelinde hızlı bir gelişim göstermektedir. Özellikle her gün yüzlerce yeni otomobilin piyasaya çıktığı Türkiye’de sigorta ettiren kişiye ait aracın uğrayacağı zararları karşılayan bir sigorta türü olan kasko poliçe pazarı hızla büyümekte ve bu pastadan pay almak isteyen rekabetçi firma sayısı da artmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, Türkiye sigorta sektörünün bir branşı olan kasko poliçe seçimi için 5 kriter ve 22 alt kriterden oluşan hiyerarşik bir model kurulmuş ve bu model temelinde 5 farklı kasko poliçesi üreten sigorta şirketi değerlendirilmiştir. Modele dayanarak yapılan değerlendirmede, en uygun kasko poliçesi üreten sigorta şirketi öncelikle analitik hiyerarşi prosesi, ardından analitik ağ prosesi ve son olarak da VIKOR yöntemi ile belirlenmiş ve bulanık mantık temelinde üçgensel sayılar ile yapılan bu değerlendirmelerde bulunan sonuçlar karşılaştırılmıştır.Öğe Turizm Sektöründe Strateji Seçimi İçin Bulanık Veriler Yardımıyla Hiyerarşik Ağ Modeli Ve Swot Analizi: Türkiye Örneği(Sakarya Üniversitesi, 2017) Yücenur, G. NilayAvrupa ve Asya kıtalarının üzerinde konumlanan Türkiye etrafının denizlerle kaplı olması ve bünyesinde barındırdığı doğal ve tarihi zenginlikler nedeniyle hem yerli hem de yabancı turistler için geçmişten günümüze önemli bir cazibe merkezi olmuş ve turizm sektörü Türkiye ekonomisi için önemli bir lokomotif görevi görmüştür. Bu çalışmada Türkiye ekonomisi için önemli bir kaynak olan turizm sektörünün geliştirilmesi için Onuncu Beş Yıllık Kalkınma Planı çerçevesinde sektörün güçlü ve zayıf yönleri ile fırsat ve tehditlerini ortaya koyan SWOT analizi ile entegre edilmiş hiyerarşik model açıklanmış ve Türkiye turizm sektörü için en uygun geliştirici stratejinin seçilmesine çalışılmıştır. Bu noktada üçgensel sayılar ile değerlendirilen hiyerarşik modelin kriter ve alt kriterleri önce bulanık analitik hiyerarşi prosesi (Bulanık AHP) ve ardından da bulanık analitik ağ prosesi (Bulanık ANP) yöntemleri ile çözümlenmiş ve her iki teknikle bulunan strateji sıralamaları karşılaştırılmıştır.Öğe An ıntegrated approach by fmea & fuzzy prioritization method at pharmaceutical ındustry quality control(2020) Sakin, İrem; Çataltepe, Seren; Yücenur, G. NilayProtecting public health, taking preventive measures and ensuring recovery in case of anydisease are conditions for creating a healthy life. In order to create this life, the manufacturingprocess of the pharmaceutical industry needs to be formed carefully. In this study there is arisk analysis application into operational processes of a pharmaceutical company. Inapplication study, operational processes of sample company were examined and analyzed fromOctober to May. Within the scope of the study, a two-stage approach was proposed in theanalysis of the data obtained. In the first phase, fishbone analysis was carried out to determinethe risks in the operational processes and the potential risks in two separate production lineswere determined. In the second stage, the risk prioritization method was used and risk prioritynumbers (RPN) were calculated for all risks. In all these analysis, more realistic and validresults were obtained with the usage of fuzzy logic and the calculations of RPNs were mademore objective and independent from analysts. After the determination of RPNs, precautionswere suggested for high risky failures. Following the implementation of precautions, newRPNs were calculated for all failures. The old and the new RPNs were compared for all riskyfailures and all precautions were examined with their impacts on the process. As a result, allexamined failures’ risk prioritization numbers were reduced in the ratio between 72% and90%, the operational processes were improved.
