Özet
Bu çalışma, sağlık çalışanlarında motivasyon ve verimliliğin ne kadar önemli olduğunu vurgulamaktadır. Sağlık çalışanları insan hayatıyla ilgilendikleri için icra ettikleri görev hayati önem taşımaktadır. Bu bakımdan hastalara ve hasta yakınlarına sunulan hizmette iyi motive edilmiş çalışanlara gereksinim olduğu anlaşılmaktadır. Bundan dolayı bu çalışma içerisinde motivasyonu ve verimliliği etkileyen faktörler üzerinde önemle durulmuştur. Motivasyon verimliliğin bir fonksiyonu olup verimlilik ile motivasyon arasında doğrusal bir ilişki vardır. Bu ilişki daha çok insan faktörünün önemine ve sağlık kurumlarındaki motivasyon amaçlarının uyumuna vurgu yapmaktadır. Bu kapsamda hastane yönetimine sağlık çalışanlarını etkileyen motivasyon faktörlerini belirlemede önemli bir rol düşmektedir. Bütün bu faktörler göz önünde bulundurulduğunda hasta ve hasta yakınları sağlık çalışanlarına karşı daha anlayışlı olabilmektedir. This study emphasizes the importance of motivation and productivity for health care workers. Since they're concerned with healthcare professionals, their mission is vital to human life. In this regard, it is understood that in the service offered to patients and patient relatives motivated employees are highly required. Therefore, the factors that affect the motivation and efficiency are pointed in this study. As motivation is a function of productivity, there is a positive relationship between them. This relationship points out the importance of human factor and the harmony of the aims of motivation in health institutions. In this sence the hospital management has a vital role, in identifying the motivation factors that effect the health care workers. When all these factors are taken into consideration, patients and their relatives may be more sympathetic to health care workers.
