Özet
Günümüzde çalışanlarını etkileyebilen ve yönlendirebilen yöneticiler başarılı olabilirler. Çalışanların motivasyonlarını yükseltmek için onların kişisel algılarını, davranışlarını, ihtiyaçları doğrultusunda beklentilerini bilmek gereklidir. Bu çalışmanın sağlık yöneticilerine motivasyon çalışmalarında destek olacağı ve sağlık personelinin motivasyon ihtiyacına dikkat çekeceği düşünülmektedir. Bireyi ya da çalışanı destekleme davranışı sergileme, kişinin hizmet verdiği kuruma yararı olacak daha kaliteli hizmet verimine ulaşacaktır. Kişinin içinde var olan olumlu ya da olumsuz tutumlar ,belirli isteklere ulaşılmasını ve bunun sonucunda tatmin olmasını sağlayan güçle açığa çıkan performans hizmeti istenen seviyeye getirecektir. 2013 yılında Diyarbakır İlinde bulunan Kadın Doğum ve Çocuk Hastalıkları Hastanesi motivasyon ve motivasyon etkilerinden, birbirini sürekli etkileyen psikolojik ve sosyal etkilerin hemşirelerde motivasyon düzeylerinin belirlenmesi amacına yönelik hazırlanan bu yüksek lisans tezinde, 85 hemşirenin motivasyon anketine katılımı ile hazırlanmıştır. Motivasyon araçlarına yönelik hazırlanan bu anket içerisinde 6 demografik soru olmak üzere toplam 29 soru bu ankete katılanlara sorulmuştur. Anket cevapları PASW Statistics 18 programına yüklenerek sonuçlar elde edilmiştir.
