dc.description.abstractİnşaat sektörü, ülkelerin kalkınmaları ve gelişmeleri adına büyük bir öneme sahip konumdadır. Türkiye gibi gelişmekte olan ülkelerde de inşaat sektörü, ekonomi içerisinde büyük bir paya sahiptir. 2008 yılında dünyanın en büyük ekonomisi olan Amerika Birleşik Devletleri'nde patlak veren Mortgage Krizi ise inşaat sektörünün özünde ne kadar iyi yönetilmesi gerektiğini hatırlatmıştır. Çalışma kapsamında bu gereksinimden yola çıkarak inşaat sektörünün ülke ekonomileri adına önemi ve dış sektörlerle ilişkisi incelenmiştir. İlk bölümde inşaat sektörüne ilişkin tanımına ve Türkiye'deki tarihsel gelişimine yer verilirken, çalışmanın ikinci bölümünde inşaat ekonomisi ele alınmıştır. Çalışmanın üçüncü ve son bölümünde ise paylaşılan veriler ve yapılan analizler sonucunda elde edilen bulgular yorumlanarak çalışma tamamlanmıştır.
dc.description.abstractThe construction sector is of great importance for the development and development of countries. construction sector in developing countries like Turkey, has a large share in the economy. The Mortgage Crisis that broke out in the United States of America, the world's largest economy in 2008, reminded how well the construction industry should be managed in essence. Within the scope of the study, based on this requirement, the importance of the construction sector in the name of the country's economies and its relationship with foreign sectors has been examined. In the first part of the historical development of the given place and a description of the construction sector in Turkey, in the second part of the study focused on construction economy. In the third and last part of the study, the study was completed by interpreting the shared data and findings obtained as a result of the analysis.
