Özet
İnşaat sektörü, ülkelerin kalkınmaları ve gelişmeleri adına büyük bir öneme sahip konumdadır. Türkiye gibi gelişmekte olan ülkelerde de inşaat sektörü, ekonomi içerisinde büyük bir paya sahiptir. 2008 yılında dünyanın en büyük ekonomisi olan Amerika Birleşik Devletleri'nde patlak veren Mortgage Krizi ise inşaat sektörünün özünde ne kadar iyi yönetilmesi gerektiğini hatırlatmıştır. Çalışma kapsamında bu gereksinimden yola çıkarak inşaat sektörünün ülke ekonomileri adına önemi ve dış sektörlerle ilişkisi incelenmiştir. İlk bölümde inşaat sektörüne ilişkin tanımına ve Türkiye'deki tarihsel gelişimine yer verilirken, çalışmanın ikinci bölümünde inşaat ekonomisi ele alınmıştır. Çalışmanın üçüncü ve son bölümünde ise paylaşılan veriler ve yapılan analizler sonucunda elde edilen bulgular yorumlanarak çalışma tamamlanmıştır.

In the third and last part of the study, the study was completed by interpreting the shared data and findings obtained as a result of the analysis.
