dc.description.abstractGünümüzde özel eğitim kurumlarına olan ihtiyacın giderek arttığı görülmektedir. Bu ihtiyacı karşılamaya yönelik olarak işletmeler, hizmet kalitelerini arttırarak çalışmak durumundadırlar. Bunun da başlıca koşulu verimlilik ve performans artışıdır. İşletmeler özellikle çalışan motivasyonunu arttırarak performansı arttırmayı hedefler. Bu çalışmanın amacı, özel eğitim sektöründeki eğitimcilerin çalışma motivasyonu üzerindeki etkilerinin performanslarına nasıl yansıdığıdır. Araştırma yöntemi olarak çoklu regresyon analizi yapılmıştır. Araştırma örneklemi eğitmen ve yöneticilerden oluşan yaklaşık 220 kişidir. Bulgular, çalışan motivasyonunun performanslarını pozitif yönde etkilediğini istatiksel olarak gösterir.
dc.description.abstractToday, the need for special education institutions is increasing. It is necessary to choose to meet this requirement and to work by increasing their service quality. The main condition for this is the increase in efficiency and performance. Businessesespecially aim to increase performance by increasing employee motivation. The purpose of this study is for the effects of educators in the private education sector, how work motivation is reflected in their performance. This research was conducted with multiple regression. Research sample is about two hundred and twenty people that includes lecturers and menagers. Statically, results show that performances of workers motivation affects positively
