Özet
Günümüzde özel eğitim kurumlarına olan ihtiyacın giderek arttığı görülmektedir. Bu ihtiyacı karşılamaya yönelik olarak işletmeler, hizmet kalitelerini arttırarak çalışmak durumundadırlar. Bunun da başlıca koşulu verimlilik ve performans artışıdır. İşletmeler özellikle çalışan motivasyonunu arttırarak performansı arttırmayı hedefler. Bu çalışmanın amacı, özel eğitim sektöründeki eğitimcilerin çalışma motivasyonu üzerindeki etkilerinin performanslarına nasıl yansıdığıdır. Araştırma yöntemi olarak çoklu regresyon analizi yapılmıştır. Araştırma örneklemi eğitmen ve yöneticilerden oluşan yaklaşık 220 kişidir. Bulgular, çalışan motivasyonunun performanslarını pozitif yönde etkilediğini istatiksel olarak gösterir.
