dc.description.abstractThe fact that being more agile and adapting faster has become one of the most important competitiveness factors necessitates the transformation of traditional working styles. With the rapid development of technology and pandemic, flexible working forms have begun to replace traditional face-to-face working. For this reason, recently, businesses make strategic decisions about the working styles of human resources, which are their most valuable input, has to take. This study includes the evaluation of flexible working styles with multi-criteria decision-making methods within the concept of SWOT analysis, which is one of the most important tools of strategic decision-making. For this purpose, in this study, a hierarchical model with 22 criteria and 5 alternatives was proposed. In this model, SWOT components were weighted with the ENTROPY technique, while alternative working styles were evaluated with the fuzzy VIKOR method under fuzzy environment. After all calculations Employment flexibility with the possibility of migration, Natural disaster and terror risk and Technology cost were found the most important criteria with the highest importance weight scores among 22 criteria and Working 3 days away from office in week was found the most preferable flexible working style for sample company with the highest Q index value among five alternative working styles.en_US
