dc.description.abstractİş kazaları ve meslek hastalıklarından korunmanın yolu, kabul görmüş bilimsel araştırmalara dayalı, güvenlik önlemlerinin saptanması ve uygulanması doğrultusundaki çalışmalar, güncel ve en ileri iş güvenliği yönetim, uygulama ve takip sistemleridir. Bilindiği üzere ülkemizde en çok ölümle sonuçlanan iş kazası inşaat sektöründe olup, kaza ve meslek hastalığı sayılarında da inşaat sektörü ilk sıralarda yer almaktadır. İnşaat sektörü doğası itibari ile diğer sektörlerin çoğundan daha fazla risk taşımaktadır. Yakın zamana kadar iş güvenliği konusunda ciddi bir atılım yapılmayan ülkemizde de durum benzerdir. Böylesine önemli ve Türkiye ekonomisinin temel taşlarından olan inşaat sektöründe, iş kazalarının sayısını azaltmak için gelişmiş ülkelerde uygulanan işçi sağlığı ve iş güvenliği yönetimi ve diğer tüm sektörlerde olduğu gibi inşaat sektöründe de uygulanması gerekmektedir.
dc.description.abstractThe way to protect from occupational accidents and occupational diseases, based on accepted scientific research, to determine and implement security measures, is the up-to-date and advanced occupational safety management, implementation and follow-up systems. As it is known, the highest number of fatal accidents occurred in the construction sector in our country and the number of accidents and occupational diseases is the highest in the construction sector. The construction sector has a higher risk than most other sectors. The situation is similar in our country, which has not made a serious breakthrough in occupational safety until recently. Such an important and in the construction sector, one of the cornerstones of Turkey's economy, health workers applied in developed countries to reduce the number of accidents at work and occupational safety management and construction industry as well as in all other sectors should be applied.
