dc.description.abstractKayıt dışı ekonomi ve kayıt dışı istihdam olgularının dünya ekonomileri açısından oluşturduğu olumsuz etkiler yüzünden, söz konusu olgu ile birtakım önlemler alınarak mücadeleyi zorunlu hale getirmiştir. Diğer taraftan, pek çok ülke gibi ülkemizin de son yıllarda karşılaştığı ekonomik problemlerin en başında kamunun gelir gider dengesinin sağlanamaması, kayıt dışı ekonomi ve istihdamla mücadeleyi öncelikler arasına aldırmıştır. Kayıt dışı ekonomi ve istihdamla mücadelede olabilmek için etkin bir inceleme ve denetim sisteminin oluşturulması şarttır. Bu çalışma, Türkiye'de kayıt dışı istihdamla mücadele kapsamında yapılan çalışmaları, uygulanan politikaları ve yürütülen faaliyetleri tespit edip alternatif çözüm önerileri sunma amacını taşımaktadır. Bu çerçevede son yıllarda Türkiye'de kayıt dışı istihdamla mücadelede geliştirilen stratejileri analiz ederek, söz konusu stratejilerin kayıt dışı istihdamla mücadelede ne kadar etkin olduğu sorusuna cevap aranacak ve kayıt dışı istihdamla mücadele için yeni çözüm önerileri ortaya konacaktır.
dc.description.abstractBecause of negative effects of the phenomenon of the informal economy and informal employment in terms of all countries economies, it is required to struggle with this mentioned cases by taking some precautions. On the other hand, as many countries, failure of the balance of income and expenditure in the public sector comes on the top of economic problems which Turkey faces with, too in recent year, provided to take place among priorities against to informal economy and informal employment. The creation of an effective inspection and audit system are necessary in order to ensure effectiveness of struggle with informal economy. This study is intended to provide alternative solutions by identifying of done studies, applied policies and carried activities which under the fight against to informal employment in Turkey. In this context, in resent years, by analyzing the strategies which are developed against to informal employment in Turkey , the answer of how these strategies are effective on struggle with informal employment will sought and new proposals will be presented against to informal employment.
