Özet
Bu tez çalışmasında; ortaöğretim kurumlarındaki öğretmen ve öğrencilerin yeteneklerinin alan ve meslek seçimine etkilerinin önemi temel olarak ele alınmıştır.Tespit edilen eğitim ve yeteneklere ilişkin tanımlar paralelinde öğrencilerin ve yöneticilerin alan ve meslek seçimindeki etkilerini ve bu seçimlerin doğruluğu veya yanlışlığı kıyaslanılmaya çalışılmıştır.Bireylerin kişisel yeteneklerinin ve ilgilerinin ortaya çıkartılması için çeşitli envanter ve ölçekler uygulanmaktadır. Aynı zamanda bireylerin iş ve meslek seçiminde bu yeteneklerden faydalanabilmeleri için mesleki rehberlik hizmetleri önem kazanmıştır. Çünkü bireylerin sonraki yaşantılarını bu seçimlerinin doğrudan etkilediği görülmektedir.
In this study of thesis, as a basic, the importance of effects of the teachers? and students?abilities to the branch and selection o occupations in middleschool educaiton is mentioned.According to the determined descriptions, the effects of teachers and students on selecting branch and occupation and tha accuracy or inaccuracy of selections were tried to be combined.Various measures and inventions are applied to bring the peoples? own ağabeylities and interests to the light. At the same time, occupational guidance services have gained importance fort he people to benefit from these ağabeylities in selecting branches and occupations. Because it has been observed that these seleselections have effects on their future lives.KEY WORDS: Occupation, Ability, Selecting Occupations, Occupational Guidance.
