dc.description.abstractİlköğretim okullarında da her kurum veya örgütte olduğu gibi bir takım çatışmalar meydana gelebilmektedir. Eğitim sisteminin asli unsurları arasında yer alan öğretmenler ve öğrenciler arasındaki çatışmalar bunlardan biridir. Bu çatışmalarda, temel unsurlardan biri olan öğretmenlerle ilgili olarak; mesleki bağlamdaki yetişmeleri ve geliştirilmeleri, mesleki yeterlilikleri, çalışma ortamları, özlük hakları, örgütsel sorunları ve çevre koşullarının ön plana çıktığı söylenebilir. Çatışmalardaki diğer unsur olan öğrencilerle ilgili olarak ise, okulların katı kuralları, ağır ders yükü, ergenlik dönemi sorunları, birey olarak görülmeme, öğretmenlerin uygulamaları öne çıkan hususlardır.Okullardaki çatışmalar eğer doğru yönetilir ise çatışma ortamlarından kaçınmaktan çok, sorunların kaynağına inilerek sorunlar anlık bastırılmaktan öte kökten çözüm yoluna gidilebileceği çalışmamızda özellikle üzerinde durduğumuz bir husus olmuştur. Bu tür yaklaşımların eğitim-öğretim ortamını kuşkusuz daha verimli hale getirerek niteliği artırıcı bir etmen olacağı önemli bir sonuç olarak ortaya çıkmıştır.Çalışmada, ilköğretim okullarında görev yapan öğretmenlerle öğrenim gören öğrenciler arasında yaşanan çatışmalar ve bu çatışmaların çözüm stratejileri araştırılmıştır.Çalışmada, öğretmenlere alan anket çalışması yapılmış olup, öğretmenlerin öğrencilerle yaşadıkları çatışmaları yönetmedeki mesleki edinimleri ile uyguladıkları stratejiler belirlenerek, çatışma yönetimi ile ilgili çözüm önerileri sunulmaya çalışılmıştır.
dc.description.abstractA set of conflicts may arise in the primary schools as in every instution & organization. Conflict between teachers and students who are the main components of the education system is one of these. In these conflicts, professional education and development, professional qualification, work environment, personal benefits, organizational problems and environmental conditions take over concerning with teachers who are one of the main components. Rigid rules in schools, heavy homework burden, adolescence problems, not to be seen as an individual, implementations of the teachers are the main subjects concerning with the students who are the other component.If the conflicts in schools are well managed, solution can be radically found by determining source of problems, instead of abstaining from conflict atmosphere and instantly supressing problems. This issue especially emphasized in our exercise. As an important result, it appeared that this kind of approachs will definitely improve education environment by increasing qualification.In this study, conflicts between the teachers who are working in the primary schools and the students who receive education in this primary schools and the solution strategies of these conflicts has been investigated.In this study, field study has been done to the teachers. By determining the strategies of conflict management which the teachers implement with respect to their occupational achievements; solution proposals has been tried to be presented regarding conflict management.
