| dc.description.abstract | Çalışmanın amacı, koruyucu sağlık hizmetlerinden olan iş sağlığı ve güvenliğini sağlık sektörünün içinde aktif hale getirmektir. Çalışma iki bölüm halinde kurgulanmıştır. Çalışmanın ilk bölümünde kavram olarak incelenen iş sağlığı ve güvenliği, ikinci bölümde sağlık sektöründeki uygulamalar açısından değerlendirilmiştir. Yöntem olarak ise tarihçi metot üzerinden literatür taraması yapılırken mesleki bilgi ve deneyimlere de yer verilmiştir. Çalışma sırasında elde edilen ilk bulgu kavram olarak iş sağlığı ve güvenliğinin yeterince bilinmemesidir. Sağlık, hukuk, ergonomi, istatistik gibi bilimlerle doğrudan bağlantısı olan multidisipliner bir kavramdır. Sağlık sektörünün fiziksel, kimyasal, biyolojik, ergonomik, psikososyal, radyoaktif, yangın ve elektrik çarpması gibi tehlikeleri bünyesinde barındıran riski yüksek bir sektör olduğu görülmüştür. Radyoaktif risklerin, Türkiye'de en yaygın sağlık sektöründe var olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Sağlık hizmetinde sağlık çalışanlarına sağlık ve güvenlik noktasında verilmesi gereken hizmet hızla yerine konulması gereken bir eksikliktir. Bu çalışmanın önemi ise bu soruna dikkat çekilmesidir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of the study, preventive health services, occupational health and safety in the health sector is to activate. The study was structured in two parts. In the first part of the study examined the concept of occupational health and safety, the second part is evaluated in terms of applications in the health sector. As a method, while the historians of literature on methods to professional knowledge and experience is also included. Obtained during the initial findings of the study of occupational health and safety as a concept is not well known. Health, law, ergonomics, with a direct connection with statistical science as a multidisciplinary concept. The health sector, the physical, chemical, biological, ergonomic, psychosocial, radioactive, fire and electric shock hazards, such as incorporating a sector were found to be at high risk. Radioactive risks in Turkey, where there is most common in the health sector have been identified. Health and safety of health care workers in health services should be provided at the point of service is a deficiency that should be put in place quickly. The importance of this study is to draw attention to these problems. | |
