dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, resmi ortaöğretim kurumlarında görev yapan öğretmenlerin okullarındaki kültür ve değerlerinin, örgütsel sosyalleşme düzeyleri ile olan ilişkisi araştırılmıştır. Araştırma verilerinin elde edilmesinde Örgütsel Değerler Ölçeği ve Örgütsel Sosyalleşme Ölçeğinden oluşan bir anket uygulanmıştır. Öğretmenlerin ölçekler ve boyutlarına ilişkin algılamaları arasındaki farklılaşmaları bulmaya yönelik t-testi ve tek yönlü varyans analizi (ANOVA), ölçekler arası ilişkiyi bulmaya yönelik ise Pearson Çarpım Moment Korelâsyon Analizi tekniği kullanılmıştır.Araştırma ile elde edilen veriler üzerinde yapılan çalışmanın sonucunda, öğretmenlerin çalıştıkları ortaöğretim kurumlarındaki örgütsel değerleri algılamaları ile Örgütsel sosyalleşmeleri arasında anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu bulunmuştur.
dc.description.abstractIn this study, it is aimed to investigate if there is an association between high school teachers? perception of culture in their schools and their perception of organizational socialization. For the purpose of this research a previously developed questionnaire (composed of demographic variables, organizational values scale and socialization scale) is used. Then, parametric independent group t-test, ANOVA and post-hoc LSD test are used to find out whether there are significant differences of perception of teachers. For association between the organizational values and socialization scales, Pearson product moment correlation statistics is used.As a result of our study, we found out that teachers? perception of organizational values and their perception of socialization process are closely and significantly associated.
