dc.description.abstractÇalışmanın amacı; genelde dış kaynak kullanımının işletmelere sağladığı faydaların incelenmesi, özelde ise nakit taşıma şirketlerinin vermiş olduğu hizmetlerin, hizmeti alan işletmelere sağlamış olduğu katma değerin ortaya konulması, nakit taşıma sektörünün farkındalığının artırılması ve akademik olarak tartışılmasının sağlanmasıdır. Tez kapsamında, Dış Kaynak Kullanımının tanımı, işletmelerde meydana getirdiği değişim ve etkileri ele alınmıştır. Bunlara ek olarak, nakit taşıma şirketlerinin; Dünyada ve Türkiye'de oluşum süreçleri, gelişim evreleri, sağlamış oldukları hizmetler, yasal altyapıya yer verilmiştir. Son bölümde ise, nakit taşıma şirketlerinin işletmelere sağladığı faydalar üzerinde durularak, etkileri incelenmiştir. Bu çalışmada tarihçi metot tekniği kullanılmıştır. Ancak, çalışmanın özellikle nakit taşıma şirketlerinin faydaları, etkileri, vermiş oldukları hizmetler, Türkiye'deki uygulamaları ile ilgili bölümlerinde, mesleki bilgi, deneyim ve gözlemlere de sıklıkla yer verilmiş, tanık olunan örnek olaylardan ve yapılan çalışmalardan istifade edilmiştir. Yurt dışındaki nakit taşıma şirketleri ve bu şirketlerin mesleki örgüt yapıları, riskleri, iş görenlerin gelir seviyeleri dikkate alınarak, bu bağlamda Türkiye'de faaliyet gösteren nakit taşıma şirketleri incelenmiştir. dc.description.abstractThe aim of the this research : general examination of the benefits to business of outsourcing , in particular the services given cash transport companies to reveal the added value it provides to the service area of the company is to provide cash transport sector the debated academically and increasing awareness. In the thesis , the definition of Outsourcing , formed by the change and its effects on business are considered. In addition , the cash transport company ; formation processes in the world and Turkey, stages of development, and services they provide is given the legal infrastructure . In the last chapter , cash transport companies with an emphasis on the benefits to the company , the effects were examined. In this research , historian method technique is used . However , the benefits , especially for cash transport company's work , effects, they render services, in part related to the application in Turkey , professional knowledge, experiences and observations given in place often the case witnessed and the work done has been used . cash transportation companies abroad and professional organization structure of the company , the risks , taking into account the income levels of those who work in this context, cash transport companies operating in Turkey were examined .
