Özet
Bu Tez Çalışmasında; Bağımsızlığından günümüze Sudan Cumhuriyeti'nin siyasi ve ekonomik yapısı irdelenmeye çalışılmış olup bu paralelde ülkenin içinde bulunduğu ekonomik sıkıntıların çeyrek asırdan fazla devam eden ve şuana kadar iki buçuk milyon kişinin öldüğü iç savaş diğer adıyla güney sorunu olarak bilinen probleme dayandığı anlatılmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu sorununun çözülebilmesi içinde siyasi ve ekonomik yapıdaki bölünmüşlük ortadan kaldırılarak tüm siyasi ve etnik unsurların dengeli katılımının sağlandığı bir konsensüs ile mümkün olabilir. Bu hipotezden hareketle tezde problemlerin kökeninde yatan ekonomik ve siyasi parçalanmışlık ve çözüm için gerekli olan birliktelik, paylaşım ve beraber hareket etme geleneğinin ne derece var olduğu ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır.
In this thesis work, political and economic structure of Republic of Sudan from its independence to today have been studied to examine. Meanwhile economic difficulties the country has been in and cuntinued since more than a guarter century have been tried to explain based on civil war. This civil war has caused from south problem which was going to criticize within this work. To solve this problem, it is necessary to be remove the partial and divided structure of its political and economic construction. To succeed this goal is feasible only by a concensus in which all political and ethnic factors paticipate as a balance. By considering this hipothesis in this thesis, the basis of the economic and political dividency and the degree of togetherness, sharing, tradition of acting together to solve problems without war have been studied.
