| dc.description.abstract | Öğretmenlerin sendikalardan beklentilerinin ortaya çıkartılması bu araştırmanın temelini oluşturmaktadır. Bunun için öncelikle geniş bir teorik çalışma yapılmıştır. İşçi sendikalarındakı durum ve gelişim kavranmaya çalışılmıştır. Buradan hareketle Türkiye'deki, Amerika'dakı ve bazı Avrupa ülkelerindeki öğretmen sendikalarının örgütsel özelliklerine, gelişimlerine, fonksiyonlarına ve faaliyetlerine bakılmıştır. Teorik çalışma sonucunda elde edilen bilgilere dayanılarak anket hazırlanmıştır. Anketin uygulanacağı örneklem alınırken maksimum çeşitleme örneklemesi kullanılmıştır. Anketler yüz yüze görüşme yoluyla yapılarak bilgiler toplanmıştır.Anket sonuçları ilişkisel tarama modeline göre analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmanın ilk aşamasında anket ile toplanan bağımsız değişkenlere ilişkin frekans ve yüzdeler bulunmuştur. İkinci aşamada ise, anket ile toplanan bağımsız değişkenin iki kategorili olduğu durumlarda farklılıkları saptamak üzere ilişkisiz T Testi kullanılmıştır. Bağımsız değişkeninin üç ve daha fazla olduğu durumlarda sürekli değişkenlere göre puan ortalamalarının arasındaki farklılıkları saptamak üzere Tek Yönlü Varyans Analizi (Anova) işlemleri gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmanın tüm istatistiksel analizleri SPSS for WINDOWS programı ile gerçekleştirilmiştir.Araştırma öncesinde öğretmenlerin sendikalardan ekonomik, sosyal ve siyasal beklentilere sahip oldukları düşünülmekteydi. Araştırma sonucunda öğretmenlerin ekonomik beklentilerinin sosyal ve siyasal beklentilerine göre daha yüksek olduğu gözlenmiştir. Öğretmenlerin sendikalardan hak ve menfaatlerini korumasını, sosyal olarak dayanışma ortamı sağlamasını ve günlük siyasetten uzak iş yapmasını istedikleri varsayılmaktaydı ve araştırma sonuçlarıda bunları doğrulamıştır. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The need to find the expectations of teachers in terms of union membership constitutes the basis of this research. To achieve this aim, a large theorical study has been done. First of all, there was a need to understand the development and the actual conditions of labor unions. Then, teacher?s unions organizational chracteristics, their development, functions and activities have been studied in terms of Turkey, USA and some European countries. According to the theoretical research data, a questionnaire has been prepared. During application of the questionnaire, it is used maximum diversification of sampling as a technique.The first process of this research periodicty and percents are found related to transient variety and questionnaire. At the second process, for an item, Independent Group ?T? test is used in order to determine discrepancies between independent variables which are in two categories. One Sided Varience ( ANOVA) analysis processes are carried out to determine discrepancies between mark averages related to the continuous variables if the independent variables ara more than two. The all statistical analysis of research are carried out with SPSS for WINDOWS program.Before the research, it was considered that there had been economical, social and political expectations of teacher?s from unions. As a result of the research, their economical expectations have appeared higher than the others. Pre-existing hypothesis related teacher?s expectations from unions were that they have been looking for protection of their rights and interests, ownership of a social network of solidarity and running a bussiness out of daily politics, have been proved with research results. | |
