dc.description.abstractBu araştırmanın amacı, bilgisayarlı öğretimin önemi anlatılarak, bilgisayarın öğretim alanında kullanımına ilişkin öğretmen yeterliklerini belirlemektir. Böylelikle öğretmenlerin bilgisayarı öğretim alanında kullanmada ihtiyaç duydukları eğitim gereksinimlerini ortaya koymaktadır. Bilgi teknolojisinin ağır bastığı günümüzde öğretmenlerin teknolojiye olan duyarlılığının ne ölçüde olduğunu ve eğitimlerinde kullanmalarıyla ilgili bir çalışmadır. Bu araştırmada öğretmenlerin bilgisayar kullanmaları ile ilgili yeterliklerine incelemek ve eğitimde kullanma oranlarına bakmaktır. Araştırmanın bulgularına bakarak öğretmenlerin çoğunun bilgisayar okur-yazarlığının olduğu ancak bunu öğretimde yeteri kadar kullanamamalarıdır.
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this research is to determine tutor qualifications that are of concern to utilization of computer technology in education by explaining the importance of computer based education. In this manner education requirements that tutors need during usage of computers in education are revealed. This study related to Nowadays predomination of Information technology how affects teacher?s sensivity on technology and usage in their education. The aim of this investigation is to analyse tecahers sufficiency on utilizing computers and the proportion of usage on education. According to sypmtomps of research shows that most of teachers have the computer literacy however they have lack of synchronization between their literacy and the instruction.
