dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada; ABD dış politikasının özellikleri belirtilmiş, sürecin din-zihniyet ekseninde analizi yapılmış, ABD siyasi zihniyetinin dış politikaya yansımaları sunulmuş, bu dış politikaların küresel ölçeğe taşınma süreci incelenmiş, soğuk savaş dönemi ele alınmış, bu dönemin Ortadoğu da Amerikan-Sovyet çatışmasını nasıl tetiklediği anlatılmıştır. Sovyetlerin dağılması ile ortaya çıkan yeni dönemde yaşanan gelişmeler ele alınmış, 11 Eylül sonrası ABD'nin hegemonya çabaları, müdahaleleri aktarılmış, Ortadoğu siyasetinin merkezinde Filistin Sorunu olduğu, bu çerçevede Yahudi zihniyeti dönüşümü, bu dönüşümün çatışmaya etkileri belirtilmiş, süreçte Amerikan rolü vurgulanmış ve İsrail-Filistin çatışmasının temel parametreleri ele alınmış, Ortadoğu barışının Filistin odaklı olduğu ve barış için, uluslararası hukuk vurgulanmıştır.
dc.description.abstractIn this study; features of US foreign policy are pointed out; the analysis of the process is made in the axis of religion-mentality; the reflections of the US political mentality on the foreign policy is presented; the transfer process of these foreign policies on the global scale is analyzed; the cold war period is treated; and how this period has activated the American-Soviet conflict in the Middle-East is explained. The hegemony endeavors and interventions of USA after September 11th is narrated; that the Palestinian Problem is in the center of Middle East policy and the transformation of the Jewish mentality in this context and the influences of this transformation on this conflict is determined; the role of USA in this process is stressed and the basic parameters of Palestine-Israel conflict are treated; that the Middle East pace is focused on Palestine and for the peace the international law is highlighted.
