Özet
Lübnan, jeopolitik ve jeostratejik konumu nedeniyle modern çağ öncesi ve modern çağ sonrası bölgede daima önemli bir merkez olmuştur. Öyle ki, tarihte birçok devlet veya birçok imparatorluk Lübnan bölgesine hakim olmak için savaşlar ve şiddetli çatışmalar içerisinde olmuştur. Bu hakimiyet savaşlarının temelinde ise, Lübnan'ın jeopolitik konumu, deniz hakimiyeti, ticari ulaşım hattı vs. özelliklere sahip olması olmuştur. Çalışmada, Lübnan'ın ulusal bütünleşme sorunlarının temelinde yer alan zaimlik sistemi, mezhepler, dinler arası güç mücadeleleri, dış güçlerin bölge üzerindeki nüfuz mücadeleleri ele alınmış ve bütünleşme sorunlarını gidermek için yapılan antlaşmalar incelenmiştir. Ülkedeki bu değişkenler çerçevesinde bütünleşme sorunlarını giderecek çeşitli varsayımlar ileri sürülmüş ve bu varsayımlarla sorunun çözülmesi amaçlanmıştır. Ancak Lübnan için öne sürülen varsayımlar ülkenin genel yapısı ve güç mücadelelerinin her aile, her mezhep ve her din için devam etmesi; her birinin kendi egemenliğini sağlama çabasında olması ulusal bütünleşme için ileri sürülen çözümlerin gerçekleştirilmesini imkansız kılmaktadır.
Lebanon has always been an important center in the region both before and after the modern age by the courtesy of its geopolitical and geostrategic position. That is to say, in history, many states or empires had been in wars and in various conflicts in order to rule over the Lebanon region. On the basis of these struggles to rule over Lebanon there is Lebanon's geopolitical position, its dominance over the sea, its commercial transportation lines etc. features; in the study: the feoffment system which establishes the fundaments of the national integration issues of Lebanon, sects, power struggles between religions, the struggles of the foreign powers to have command over the region and treaties concluded in order to overcome the integration issues were examined. Within the frame of such variables in the country, various assumptions to overcome integration issues were set forth and it was aimed to resolve the subject issue by means of these assumptions. However, it becomes impossible to realize the assumptions set forth for Lebanon to resolve the issues related to the integration of the country due to the general structure of the country and due to the power struggles between each family, each sect and each religion who are paying efforts to establish their own rule over the country.
