| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalısmada Azerbaycan egitim sistemi incelenmis ve bu egitim sisteminin Türkegitim sistemiyle karsılastırmalı olarak degerlendirilmesi yapılmıstır. Çalısmada tarihçiyöntem ve kaynak taraması teknigi kullanılmıstır. Bir baska deyisle, konuyla dogrudan iliskililiteratür taranmıstır. Çogu kaynagın birbirini tekrar etmesi dikkat çekicidir. Azerbaycan'ınegitim sistemi yeniliklerine iliskin henüz hiçbir inceleme ya da degerlendirmeninbulunmadıgı da anlasılmıstır.Bundan dolayı bu bölümde tümüyle orijinal ve kisiselyorumlarımız ile yetinilmistir.Öncelikle Türk egitim tarihinin Anadolu'da biçimlenen bölümündensözedilmistir.Azerbaycan egitim tarihi de incelendiginde Türk egitim tarihiyle ortak yönlerigörülmüstür. Sovyetler Birliginin Azerbaycan egitim sistemi üzerindeki etkilerinin ülkeninbagımsızlıgını kazanmasıyla gittikçe azaldıgı görülmüstür.Türkiye'nin Azerbaycan'labagımsızlıgından itibaren olusan egitim iliskilerinin durumu açıklanmıstır.Özellikle bagımsızlıgını yeni kazanmıs ve kendi öz kültüründen uzaklastırılmıs birmilletin egitim sisteminin yeniden yapılandırılması çalısmalarına yönelik olarak, Türkiyetarafından yapılacak yardımların ve yol gösterici olacagı sonuçta belirtilmeye çalısılmıstır. | |
| dc.description.abstract | In this study, the educational system of Azerbaijan has been surveyed and thiseducational system has been assessed by making comparison with the Turkish educationalsystem. The historical method and source scanning techniques were used during the study. Inother words the relevant literature, directly related to the subject, was thoroughly investigated.It draws one?s attention that most of the resources are being repeated. It was also understoodthat there was no any kind of survey or assessment regarding the novelties in the educationalsystem of Azerbaijan. Due to this reason, in this section it was thought enough to state ourtotally original and personal comments here.The part of the Turkish educational history, formed in Anatolia was mentionedprimarily. As the Azerbaijani educational history is being surveyed, it was seen that it hascommand aspects with the Turkish educational history. It was also found that the impact ofthe Soviet Union on the Azerbaijani educational system has been reducing as of the timewhen the country has won its independence. The educational relations establish betweenTurkey and Azerbaijan since the independence of Azerbaijan has been explained.In the conclusion, aiming particularly at the reconstruction studies of the educationalsystem of the nation, which newly gained its independence and was banished of its ownculture, it was stated that the contributions to be made by Turkey will be guiding for thecountry. | |
