| dc.description.abstract | Sağlık politikaları, bir ülkenin içerisinde bulunduğu siyasi ve ekonomik koşullar ile küresel gelişmeler neticesinde belirlenmektedir. Dolayısıyla, sağlık politikaları zaman içerisinde sürekli bir değişim ve gelişim sürecindedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, sağlık hizmetlerinden faydalanan bireylerin sağlık politikalarına ilişkin algılarının değerlendirilmesi, sağlık yönetimi eğitimi alan bireylerle bu eğitimi almayan bireyler arasında sağlık politikaları algısına ilişkin farklılıkların tespit edilmesidir. Araştırmada veri toplama yöntemi olarak ölçek kullanılmıştır. Ölçekten elde edilen veriler araştırma amacı kapsamında tanımlayıcı istatistikler ve hipotez testlerine tabi tutulmuştur. Araştırmanın en önemli sonuçları arasında sağlık politikaları algısının ortalamadan yüksek olduğu ve sağlık hizmeti kullanıcılarının sağlık yönetimi öğrencilerinden daha yüksek bir algıya sahip olduğu yer almaktadır. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Health policies are determined by the political and economic conditions and global developments in a country. Therefore, health policies are processes of continuous change and development. The aim of this study is to evaluate the perceptions of healthcare consumers about health policies and to determine the differences in the perception of health policies between the individuals who have received healthcare management training and those who do not. The scale was used as data collection method. The data obtained from the scale were subjected to descriptive statistics and hypothesis tests. Among the most important results of the study is that health policy perception is higher than the average and health service users have a higher perception than healthcare management students. | |
