B¬u ge¬lişim yir¬mi bi¬rinci yüz¬yılın i¬lk yıl¬ları¬nın bil-gi ça¬ğı ha¬line gel¬mesini sağ¬lamıştır. İn¬ternetin d¬e dün¬ya ge¬nelinde yay¬gınlaşması il¬e bir¬likte şir¬ketler bil¬gi tek¬nolojilerini sa¬dece te¬mel iş¬letme pro¬seslerin oto¬masyona uyar¬¬lanması ama¬cı i¬le de¬ğil, ka¬rar des¬teğini v¬e kont¬rolünü sağ¬lamak ama¬cı i¬le bil¬gi¬nin el¬de e¬dil¬mesi, iş¬len¬mesi, de¬polan¬ması v¬e da¬ğıtılma¬sı i¬çin kul¬lanmaktadırlar. Bil¬gi sis-temleri iş¬letmelerde gö¬rülebilecek h¬er tür¬lü prob¬lemin ana¬liz edil¬mesinde, kar¬ma¬şık ya¬pılardaki so¬runların çö¬zülmesinde v¬e ye¬ni ü¬rün ge¬liştirmede yö¬netime kat¬kı sağ¬la-mak¬tadır. B¬u a¬maç¬la has¬tane yö¬netiminde bil¬gi sis¬temlerinin efek¬tif bi¬r şe¬kilde kul-lanılması, i¬ş sü¬reç¬lerinin ha¬tasız iş¬leme¬sine; tıb¬bi v¬e i¬da¬ri kad¬ro¬nun hız¬lı v¬e doğ¬ru ka-rar al¬ma¬sı¬na y¬ol gös¬te¬rir. B¬u ça¬lış¬ma kap¬samında özellikle sağlık alanında bi¬lişim sis¬temlerinin sağ¬lık iş-letme¬lerine ka¬zan¬dırdığı olum¬lu/olum¬suz et¬kiler ve bu alanda kullanılan HBYS, teletıp, teleradyoloji, pacs gibi bi¬lişim sis¬temleri tek¬nolojilerinin kul¬lanımıyla sağ¬lık sağ¬lık iş¬let¬meleri¬nin per¬forman¬sına kat¬kı¬sının o¬lup ol¬ma¬dı¬ğı ayrıca bu sistemlerin hasta, hekim, yöneticiye katkıları in¬celen¬meye ça¬lı¬şıl¬mış¬tır. Özellike sağlık alanında bu çalışma kapsamında bilişim sistemlerinin sağlık işletmelerine kazandırdığı olumlu/olumsuz etkileri incelenmiştir. Bu alanda kullanılan teleradyoloji,teletıp,HBYS ve PACS gibi teknolojik bilişim sistemlerinin sağlık işletmelerinin performansına katkısı araştırılmıştır. dc.description.abstractIn our age of rapid technological development in the world, uninhibited competition and globalization, information and knowledge to achieve the desired rate for the businesses owned has become the most important value. This development of the first year of the twenty-first century information age has enabled it to become. Of the Internet across the globe along with the increase enterprise information technology just basic business processes adapted to automation with the goal, but the decision support and control with the aim of knowledge acquisition, processing, storage and distribution use it for. Information systems in businesses of all kinds can be seen in the analysis of the problem, in solving problems in complex structures and new product development contributes to the management. For this purpose, an effective utilization of hospital management information systems, business processes, error-free functioning, medical and administrative staff to make decisions quickly and accurately shows the way. This study business information systems bring to the health of the positive / negative effects and health information systems through the use of technology to contribute to the health of the business as to whether the performance was investigated. Features in the field of health in this study gained favorable to business health information systems / adverse effects have been studied. This field is used in teleradiology, telemedicine, such as technological contribution to the performance of the HBYS and PACS information system of health care business were investigated. In addition to the patient, the physician and administrator of these systems have been investigated as additives.
