dc.description.abstractBu çalışma yetişkinlerde travma ile başa çıkabilme algısı ve yaşam doyumu arasındaki ilişkide yetersizlik duygusunun aracı rolünü incelemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Buna ek olarak travma ile başa çıkabilme algısı, yaşam doyumu ve yetersizlik duygusu arasındaki ilişkiler incelenmiş ve bu temel değişkenlerin demografik değişkenlere göre farklılık gösterip göstermediği tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmanın örneklemini rastgele seçilmiş olan 442 yetişkin katılımcı oluşturmaktadır. Verilerin toplanması için Demografik Bilgi Formu, Travma ile Başa Çıkabilme Algısı Ölçeği, Yetersizlik Duygusu Ölçeği ve Yetişkin Yaşam Doyumu Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. İlişkisel tarama modeli uygulanmıştır. Veriler analiz edilirken Bağımsız Örneklem T-Test, Kruskal Wallis H, Korelasyon Analizi ve Hayes Process Macrosu uygulanmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda yaşam doyumu ile yetersizlik duygusu arasında negatif, travma ile başa çıkabilme algısı ile pozitif ilişki elde edilmiştir. Travma ile başa çıkabilme algısı ile yetersizlik duygusu arasında ise ilişki bulunmamıştır. Travma ile başa çıkabilme algısı ve yaşam doyumu arasındaki ilişkide yetersizlik duygusunun aracı rolü olmadığı tespit edilmiştir.
dc.description.abstractThis study was conducted to examine the mediating role of feelings of inadequacy in the relationship between perception of coping with trauma and life satisfaction in adults. In addition, the relationships between perception of coping with trauma, life satisfaction and feelings of inadequacy were examined and it was determined whether these basic variables differed according to demographic variables. The sample of the study consists of 442 randomly selected adult participants. Demographic Information Form, Trauma Coping Scale, Feelings of Inadequacy Scale and Adult Life Satisfaction Scale were used to collect data. Relational screening model were applied. Independent Sample T-Test, Kruskal Wallis H, Correlation Analysis and Hayes Process Macro were applied while analyzing the data. As a result of the study, a negative relationship was found between life satisfaction and feelings of inadequacy, and a positive relationship was found with the perception of coping with trauma. No relationship was found between the perception of coping with trauma and feelings of inadequacy. It was determined that the feeling of inadequacy did not have a mediating role in the relationship between the perception of being able to cope with trauma and life satisfaction.
