dc.description.abstractTürkiye'de farklı sektörlerde olduğu gibi sağlık sektörü ve kurumlarında da afetlere hazırlık ve yönetim çalışmaları, 1999 Gölcük ve Düzce depremleri ile hızlanmıştır. Sadece deprem merkezli değil, diğer bütün afetleri de kapsayan bütünsel bir afet yönetimi anlayışı ile çalışmaların neler olması ve bu çalışmaların ortaya çıkarılması, böylece sorunların azaltılması bu anlayışın temelidir. Bu adımlara paralel olarak hazırlanılan çalışmada, ilk olarak afet ile ilgili kavramlara, 2009 yılındaki ilgili mevzuat ve acil eylem planlarının hazırlanması sırasındaki önceliklere ayrıca uluslararası platformda kabul görmüş afet yardımlarındaki asgari standartlara değinilmiştir. Çalışmanın amacı, sağlık sektöründe afetlere hazırlık aşamasında afet yönetimi merkezli anlayışla riskleri görme, mevcut kaynakların en uygun şekilde kullanılmasına dikkat çekmektir. Bununla beraber güncel bilgileri paylaşarak, hastanelerdeki tüm çalışanların yaşanacak afetler öncesinde bilinçli, hazırlıklı ve tedbir alabilmeleri için yol gösterici amacını taşımaktadır. Ayrıca afet öncesi ve sonrası tehlikelere karşı ne tür önlemler alınabileceği konuları hakkında da bilgiler verilmiştir.
dc.description.abstractAs withdifferentsectors in Turkey, and institutions in the health sector disasterpreparedness and managementstudies, 1999 gölcük and Düzce earthquakes has been accelerated. The earthquake is centered, just not all the otherstudies and the uncovering of thesestudieswith a holistic approach to disasters and disastermanagement, thus the problem of thisapproach is the reduction of the basis. In parallelwiththesestepscreated in thisstudy, the firstdisaster-relatedconceptsduring the preparation of the emergency Action Plan priorities and relatedlegislation in 2009 to internationallyrecognized minimum standards in disasterresponsealso has been mentioned. The aim of this study based approach in the health sector in disaster management during the disasterpreparedness phaseriskswithvision, is to drawattention to the optimaluse of existingresources. However, the current informationsharing by hospitalsprior to a disaster to live in for all employeesinformed, prepared, and aims at guiding to enablethem to take the necessaryprecautions. Alsopre-disaster and post-whatkind of measures can be takenwhereyouaregiveninformation about the dangers.
