| dc.description.abstract | Bu araştırmada liderlik ve iş doyumu, hastane yönetimi açısından değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırma tarihçi-kaynak tarama yöntemi kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmada, hastane yönetimindeki başarının liderlik ve iş doyumunun çıktısı olduğu saptanmıştır. Bu araştırma, sağlık işletmelerinin yeniden yapılandırıldığı bu dönemde, sağlık hizmeti sunum kalitesinin artırılması, yöneticilerin liderlik özelliklerinin çalışanların iş doyumu üzerindeki etkileri ve iş yasam kalitesinin iyileştirilmesi değişim ve dönüşüm çabalarına olumlu katkılar sağlanmasına yardımcı olmak amacıyla hazırlanmıştır. | |
