dc.description.abstractSosyal devlet anlayışında, devlet tüm vatandaşlarının Sosyal ve sağlık hizmetlerini eşit biçimde almasını sağlamaktadır. Özellikle sağlık hizmetinin tüm bireyleri kapsaması için Devlet bir Genel Sağlık Sigortası (GSS) sistemini kurmalıdır. Bu amaçla 2006 yılında 5510 sayılı sosyal "Sigortalar Ve Genel Sağlık Sigortası Kanunu "çıkartılmıştır. Kişilerin sağlık hizmeti beklentilerinin, nüfusun ve Kronik hastalıklarının artması sebebi ile sağlık finansman desteği ihtiyaç duyulmaya başlamıştır. Bu ihtiyaca karşılık olarak Özel sağlık Sigortaları türlerinden biri olan "Tamamlayıcı Sağlık Sigortası Teminat Paketi" oluşturulmuştur. Tamamlayıcı Sağlık Sigortası GSS'nin teminat altına almadığı veya alınan hizmetlerin karşılığında ek ödeme yapılması gereken tutarları karşılamaktadır. Bu durumda kişilerin sağlık hizmetine ulaşabilme seçeneklerini arttırmaktadır. Bu çalışmada Tamamlayıcı Sağlık Sigortasının uygulanabilirliğinin ölçülmesi için 123 kişiye anket çalışması yapılmıştır. Yapılan anket sonuçları bir istatistik programı olan SPSS kullanılarak elektronik ortama aktarılmış ve değerlendirilmiştir. Anket veri sonuçlarına göre ankete katılan 123 kişinin tamamlayıcı sağlık sigortasını duymuş oldukları fakat detaylı bilgiye sahip olmadıkları bu nedenle de tamamlayıcı yaptırmayı düşünmedikleri tespit edilmiştir. Katılımcıların Tamamlayıcı sağlık sigortası yaptırmamayı düşünmemelerinin en önemli nedeni sigorta şirketlerinin ilgili teminat hakkında yeteri kadar bilgiyi ulaştıramamış olmasıdır.
dc.description.abstractUnder the concept of social state, the state ensures that all citizens receive social and health services equally. The State must establish a General Health Insurance (GSS) system, especially for the coverage of all individuals of health care. For this purpose, Social Insurance and General Health Insurance Law No. 5510 was issued in 2006. Healthcare financing support has begun to be needed because of people expecting health care, population and chronic diseases. As a response to this need, "Complementary Health Insurance Coverage Package", one of the types of Private Health Insurance, has been established. The Complementary Health Insurance covers the amounts that the GHQ does not cover or requires additional payment for the services received. In this case, the options for access to health services are increased. In this study, a survey of 123 people was conducted to measure the feasibility of the Complementary Health Insurance. The results of the questionnaires were analyzed and analyzed using SPSS, a statistical program. According to the results of the questionnaire data, it was determined that 123 people who participated in the survey had heard of complementary health insurance but did not have detailed knowledge and therefore did not consider supplementation. Participants' most important reason for not considering not to have complementary health insurance is that insurance companies have not got as much information as they can about the relevant security.
