dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada sağlık hizmetinin temelini oluşturan sağlık ve hastalık olgusu ele alınarak, bu ihtiyacı karşılamakla yükümlü olan devlet otoritesinin hizmet sunumunda uyguladığı sağlık hizmeti politikaları ekonomik göstergelerle değerlendirilmiş olup hizmeti kullanma alışkanlığının sağlık harcamaları üzerinde yarattığı etki incelenmiştir. Sağlık sistemindeki değişimlerin, etkinliğinin ve harcamaların sürdürülebilirliğinin sorgulanması için yapılan reformların hastalık kültürü açısından sağlık hizmetinin etkin kullanımı bağlamında ele alınmıştır.
dc.description.abstractIn this study, health and illness as the basis of health care are analyzed with the affects of habit of getting benefit from the service on the health expenses according to state authority, which is obliged to meet the needs, report, in which health service politics are evaluated with economical signs. Changes in the health system, questioning of the effectiveness and sustainability of the expenditures made for the effective use of health care are discussed in terms of illness culture in the context of the disease reforms.
