dc.description.abstractBilindiği gibi, öğretmenler ve öğrenciler, her gün saldırgan davranışlar ile karşı karşıya bulunmaktadırlar. Öğretmenler ve okul idarecileri, okuldaki saldırgan davranışları önlemek zorundadırlar. Aksi takdirde, okul ortamı hem öğrenciler hem de öğretmenler için bozulmuş olacaktır.Şiddet okul organizasyonunun tüm üyelerini etkiler. Bu nedenle, öğrenci şiddeti, okul organizasyonu açısından çok önemli bir konudur. Öğretmenler ve okul yöneticileri okul etkinliğinde ve iletişimde önemli bir role sahiptirler. Saldırganlık, okul eğitimini negatif yönde etkileyecektir.Ancak öğretmenler ve okul yöneticileri saldırganlığı azaltabilir. Öğretmenler ve okul yöneticileri liderlik davranışları göstermelidir. Genel olarak, saldırganlık ile liderlik arasında bir ilişki olduğu kabul edilir. Bu çalışmada, öğretmen liderliği ile şiddet arasındaki ilişki araştırıldı. Bu araştırmada SPSS analizi yapılmıştır. Bulgulara göre, vizyoner liderlik ile saldırganlık arasında bir ilişki vardır.
dc.description.abstractAs it is well-known, teachers and students every day are faced with aggressive behavior. Teachers are required to prevent the aggressive behavior at school. Otherwise, the school environment for both students and teachers will be distorted.Violence affects all members of school organizations. Therefore, student violence is a very important subject in terms of school organization. Teachers and school administrators have an important role in communication and in school effectiveness. Aggression will affect education in the negative direction.However, teachers and school administrators can reduce aggression. Teachers and school administrators must show leadership behavior. In general, it is accepted that there is a relationship between the aggression and leadership. In this study, we investigated the relationship between teacher leadership and violence. This research has been done in the SPSS analysis. According to the findings, there is a relationship between visionary leadership and aggression.
