İstanbul örnekleminde üniversite öğrencilerinde algılanan ebeveyn tutumunun sosyal kaygı ve mükemmeliyetçilik düzeylerine etkisi

| dc.description.abstract | Bu araştırmanın amacı İstanbul örnekleminde üniversite öğrencilerinde algılanan aile tutumunun mükemmeliyetçilik ve sosyal kaygı düzeylerine olan etkisini incelemektir. Araştırmanın örneklemini 2018-2019 öğretim yılında İstanbul'da öğrenim görmekte olan 214'ünün kadın (%61.5), 134'ünün erkek (%38.5) olduğu 348 üniversite öğrencisi oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada Sosyo-demografik Bilgi Formu, Anne Baba Tutumları Ölçeği, Frost Çok Boyutlu Mükemmeliyetçilik Ölçeği ve Liebowitz Sosyal Kaygı Ölçeği kullanılarak veri toplanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler SPSS 25 programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Analiz sonuçlarına göre mükemmeliyetçilik toplam puanının, mükemmeliyetçiliğin alt boyutlarından birisi olan aileden eleştirinin ve kaygının kadın öğrencilerde erkek öğrencilere göre daha fazla olduğu bulunmuştur. Demokratik anne ve baba tutumlarının mükemmeliyetçilik ile pozitif yönde anlamlı ilişkiler gösterirken koruyucu-istekçi ve otoriter anne/baba tutumlarının mükemmeliyetçilik ile pozitif yönde anlamlı ilişkiler gösterdiği ayrıca kaygı ve kaçınmanın da mükemmeliyetçilik ile pozitif yönde anlamlı ilişkiler gösterdiği bulunmuştur. Kaygıyı ve kaçınmayı yordayan mükemmeliyetçilik alt boyutları olduğu saptanmıştır. Araştırmanın temel amacı doğrusunda yapılan regresyon analizlerinde farklı anne bana tutumlarının sosyal kaygıyı ve mükemmeliyetçiliğin birçok boyutunu yordadığı tespit edilmiştir. Çalışmada elde edilen bulgular literatür ışığında tartışılmıştır. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of perceived parental attitudes on perfectionism and social anxiety levels in university students Istanbul sampling. The sample of the study consists of 214 (%61.5) female and 134 (%38.5) male students of İstanbul univercities during 2018-2019 semesters. In the study " Demographic Information Form", "Parental Attitudes Scale", "Frost Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale" and "Liebowitz Social Anxiety Scale" were administrated to the participants. Data analysis was done by SPSS 25 package program. At the end of the study, it was found that the sum of the perfectionism scores, the perception of high parental criticism scores, and anxiety of female are more than the scores of male participants. It was found that there was a statistically significant positive correlation between the democratic mother and father attitudes with perfectionism. There was also a statistically significant positive correlation between the protective parental attitudes and the authoritarian parental attitudes with perfectionism. There was another statistically significant positive correlation between the anxiety and the avoidance rates with perfectionism. It was also found that several dimentions of perfectionism scale scores had a significant relationship with the anxiety and avoidance scores. At the end of the regression analysis it was found that different parental attitudes had a significant impact on several dimentions of social anxiety and perfecionism scales scores. The findings of the study were discussed in the light of data in literature. | |
