dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada; genel hatları ile son yıllarda oldukça fazla sayıda yabancıya ev sahipliği yapan ülkemizin bu yabancılara verdiği statüler, statüler için oluşması gereken şartlar ve çalışma hakkı ele alınmıştır. Ancak yabancıların çalışma hakkı oldukça kapsamlı bir konu olduğundan çalışma daha sınırlı bir çerçevede tutulmak adına uluslararası koruma ve geçici koruma kapsamındaki yabancıların çalışma hakları üzerinde durulup bu kapsamında ki kişilerin çalışma hakkı incelenmiştir. Ülkemize bir şekilde girmiş olan yabancı kişilerin çalışmaya duydukları ihtiyaç "ucuz işçi" olarak nitelendirilmelerine sebep olduğundan kayıtdışı çalışma oranları gelen yabancıların sayısıyla doğru orantılı şekilde artmıştır. Devlet, istihdamı arttırmayı hedefleyen işçi ve işverenleri kapsayan çeşitli destek programları tasarlamaktadır. Bu destekler ile ülkemize gelen yabancıların çalışma izni alması halinde onlar için de kullanılabilecek olduğundan desteklerden faydalanmak amacıyla kayıt dışılığında önüne geçileceği öngörülmektedir. Çalışmamızın hazırlanmasında; kitap, makale, tez, kanun, Yargıtay kararı, yönetmelik ve mahkeme kararlarından faydalanılmıştır.
dc.description.abstractIn this study; In general terms, the status given to these foreigners by our country, which has hosted a large number of foreigners in recent years, the conditions that should be formed for the status and the right to work are discussed. However, since the right to work of foreigners is a very comprehensive issue, the working rights of foreigners under international protection and temporary protection were examined in order to keep the work in a more limited framework, and the right to work of the people within this scope was examined. Since the need for working by foreigners who have entered our country in some way causes them to be described as "cheap workers", the rate of informal employment has increased in direct proportion to the number of foreigners arriving. The state designs various support programs for workers and employers aiming to increase employment. It is predicted that foreigners coming to our country with these supports will be prevented from informal economy in order to benefit from the supports since they can also be used for them if they get a work permit. In the preparation of our study; book, article, thesis, law, Supreme Court decision, regulations and court decisions have been used.
