dc.description.abstractBilim teknoloji, sanayi ve mesleki teknik eğitim bir birinden ayrılamaz bütün haline gelmiştir. Bilimsel çalışmalar neticesinde teknoloji gelişmiş ve bu teknolojideki gelişme endüstride kullanılan üretim metotlarını ve kullanılan makine ve aletlerin değişmesine gelişmesine sebep olmuştur. Mesleki ve teknik eğitimin üzerine düşen en önemli görevlerden biri çağın gerektirdiği değişimi yetiştirilecek bireylere aktarmaktır.Tezde okul-işletme işbirliğinin, eğitime olan katkılarının analiz edilmesi ve eğitime katkılarının arttırılması amacıyla neler yapılabileceğinin tespit edilmesi amaçlanmıştır.Veriler kaynak tarama ve saha araştırması yapılarak elde edilmiş, istatistiki analize tabi tutulmuş ve sonuçlar yorumlanmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre okul-işletme işbirliğinin; öğrencilerin, iş hayatına uyum sağlamaları ile yeni teknolojileri öğrenme ve kullanma becerileri üzerine olumlu katkılar sağladığı, aynı zamanda öğrencilerin kendi alanlarında istihdam edilmesinde önemli katkısı olduğu tespitine varılmıştır. Bunun yanında koordinatör öğretmenlerin, okulların ve işletmelerin farklı problemlerle karşılaştıkları anlaşılmıştır.
dc.description.abstractScience, technology, industry and vocational education compose the unseparated whole. By the result of scientific researches technology is developed and that development causes revolution on production methods, devices and hardware used in industry. One of most important roles of vocational education is to adopt individuals to information age.The main goal in vocational education is person in education process. An individual must complete his planned and programmed educational progress. Vocational education (or Vocational Education and Training prepares learners for careers that are based in manual or practical activities, traditionally non-academic and totally related to a specific trade, occupation or vocation, hence the term, in which the learner participates.By this research it is aimed to analyze the benefits of school-industry cooperation on education, acquire findings about progress of vocational education by obtained results and make proposal about increasing benefits on education.
