dc.description.abstractBu tez hastanelerde sunulan acil sağlık hizmetleri yönetim ve organizasyonunda; Türkiye'deki hastanelerin acil sağlık hizmetlerinin Dünya'daki örneklerle karşılaştırılarak anlatıldığı, mevcut uygulamalara yönelik düzenlemeleri ve bu düzenlemeler konusunda ki eksikliklerin farkındalığının arttırılması ve bu eksikliklerin giderilmesi için çözüm önerileri içermektedir. Kısaca bu araştırma günümüzde özellikle hastane acil servisinde yönetim ve organizasyon yapısının değişmesi, yeni yaklaşımlar ve teknikler uygulanması, sağlık hizmetlerinin bireysel olması, kapsamlı ve detaylı bir planlama içermesi bakımından önem arz etmektedir. Özellikle sağlık hizmetleri yönetimi karmaşık ve kompleks yapılı olması ve bu yapılanmanın bireylerin yaşamlarını ve hayat kalitelerini etkileyecek olması bakımından incelikle tasarlanmalı ve uygulanmalıdır. Bu durum bu tarz araştırmaların önem kazanmasını sağlar. Türkiye'deki hastanelerde uygulanan acil sağlık hizmetlerinin, Amerika ve Almanya'da uygulanan acil sağlık hizmetleri ile karşılaştırılarak, uygulamada ki eksikliklerin farkındalığının sağlanması ve tespit edilen eksikliklere çözüm oluşturması amacıyla bu çalışma hazırlanmıştır. dc.description.abstractIn the administration and organisation of emergency medical services provided in hospitals, this thesis contains a comparison of the emergency medical services of hospitals in Turkey with those in world,the regulations related to the existing implementations, the raising awareness of the shortages of these regulations,and solution offers for being made up these shortages. In short,nowadays, this study has great importance in that the system of administration and organization in emergency department change, new approaches and techniques are implemented ,medical services are individual and it contains a comprehensive and detailed planning.The administration of medical services should be devised and implemented meticulously since it has a complicated system which affects indiduals' life and quality of life. This case provides such researches gain importance. This study was prepared for the purpose of comparing emergency medical services implemented in the hospitals in Turkey with those in world, providing the awareness of the shortages in the implementation and offering solutions for the shortages which were set.
