dc.description.abstract​Bu araştırmada evli bireylerde cinsel mitler ile eş doyumu ve cinsel işlevler arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir ilişki olup olmadığının tespit edilmesi hedeflenmiştir. Bu amaçla çalışmaya Kasım 2017- Şubat, 2018 tarihleri arasında, elverişli örnekleme yöntemi ile evli bireylerden oluşan 133 kadın ve 112 erkek katılmış olup toplamda 245 kişi dahil edilmiştir. Katılımcılara onam formu, sosyo-demografik veri formu ve Golombok-Rust Cinsel Doyum Ölçeği, Cinsel Mitler Ölçeği, Golombok-Rust Evlilik Doyum Envanteri uygulanmış, bu ölçeklerden elde edilen verilerle cinsel mitler ile eş doyumu ve cinsel işlevler arasındaki ilişkiler araştırılmıştır. Çalışmamızdan elde edilen bulgulara göre; erkeklerde cinsel mitler ile cinsel işlevler arasında anlamlı bir ilişki saptanmış, kadınlarda ise böyle bir ilişki saptanmamıştır. Tüm katılımcılarda cinsel mitler ile evlilik doyumu arasında anlamlı bir ilişkinin bulunduğu görülmektedir. Yapılan regresyon analizine göre, erkeklerde cinsel mitlerin cinsel doyum üzerine negatif yönde üzerine etki ettiği görülmüştür. Buna ek olarak, cinsel mitlerin hem kadınlarda hem erkeklerde evlilik doyumunu negatif yönde etkilediği görülmektedir.
dc.description.abstractIn this study, it was aimed to determine whether there is a statistically significant relationship between sexual myths and spousal satisfaction and sexual functions in married individuals. For this purpose, between November 2017 and February, 2018, 133 women and 112 men from married individuals participated in the method of sampling using convenience sampling techniques and a total of 250 people were included. Attendance form, socio-demographic data form and Golombok-Rust Sexual Satisfaction Scale, Sexual Myths Scale, Golombok-Rust Inventory of Marital State were applied and the relationships between sexual myths and spousal satisfaction and sexual functions of the data obtained from these scales were tried to be revealed. According to the findings obtained from the study, a significant relationship was found between sexual myths and sexual functions in men but not in women. There was significant relationships between sexual myths and marital satisfaction in all participants. According to regression analysis, it was shown that sexual myths have negative effects on male sexual functions. In addition, sexual myths have negative effect on marriage satisfaction in both males and females.
