| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmanın amacı, uluslararası taşımacılıkta kullanılan geleneksel konişmentonun dijitalleşme sürecini incelemek ve elektronik konişmentonun (e-bill of lading) hukuki altyapısını, uygulanabilirliğini ve sektördeki dijitalleşme sürecine etkilerini değerlendirmektir. Çalışma kapsamında, elektronik konişmento ile ilgili gerekli mevzuatlar, hukuki düzenlemeler ve dijitalleşme sürecinde karşılaşılan sorunlar ele alınmıştır. Yöntem olarak literatür taraması ve güncel uygulama örnekleri incelenmiştir. Bulgular, e-konişmentonun işlemleri hızlandırdığı, maliyetleri azalttığı ve güvenlik seviyesini artırdığına işaret etmektedir. Ancak, teknolojik altyapı eksiklikleri ve uluslararası kabul ile ilgili bazı zorluklar da belirlenmiştir. Sonuç olarak, e-konişmentonun dijitalleşen dünyada sürdürülebilir ticaret için kritik bir araç olduğu vurgulanmış uluslararası ticaretin bu dönüşüme uyum sağlaması gerektiği belirtilmiştir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study is to examine the digitalization process of traditional bills of lading used in international transportation and to evaluate the legal framework, applicability, and impact of electronic bills of lading (e-bill of lading) on the sector's digitalization process. The study addresses the necessary regulations, legal provisions, and challenges encountered during the digitalization process of electronic bills of lading. The research methodology includes a literature review and an analysis of current practical examples. Findings indicate that e-bills of lading accelerate transactions, reduce costs, and enhance security levels. However, challenges such as technological infrastructure deficiencies and issues related to international acceptance have also been identified. In conclusion, e-bills of lading are highlighted as a critical tool for sustainable trade in the digitalized world, emphasizing the necessity for international trade to adapt to this transformation. | |
