dc.description.abstract01 Temmuz 2012 tarihinde iki önemli kanun yürürlüğe girmiştir. Bunlardan biri Türk Ticaret Kanunu, diğeri ise Türk Borçlar Kanunudur Bu kanunların önemi, Türkiye'nin günlük hayatını doğrudan etkileyecek olmasından gelmektedir. Bu makalede, Yeni Borçlar Kanunumuzun "Taksitle Satım Sözleşmesine" ve "Ön Ödemeli Taksitle Satım Sözleşmesine" ilişkin getirdiği değişiklikleri inceleyeceğiz.
dc.description.abstractTwo important laws came into effect on July 1, 2012. One of them is the Turkish Commercial Law, and the other is the Turkish Obligations Law. The importance of these two codes lie under the fact that they will effect daily life of Turkey. This article analyses the changes of new Law of Obligations related to the "Installment Sales Agreements" and "Pre-paid Forward Installment Sales Agreements".
