Özet
Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, yeni medya olarak da adlandırılan sosyal medyanın siyaset üzerine etkisi Mısır özelinde incelenmesidir. Sosyal medyanın doğuşu, tanımı ve özellikleri anlatılarak, sosyal medya araçlarının toplumsal yapıya ne denli etki ettiği açıklanmıştır. Bu bağlamda ortaya çıkan bazı kavramlar ilgili arşivler araştırılarak çalışmaya eklenmiştir. Çalışmanın sonuçları; sosyal medyanın siyasi yapıyı ve toplum hareketlerini doğrudan etkileyemediği, ancak toplumun rahatsız olduğu noktalarda daha hızlı aksiyon alınmasını ve toplumun hızlı ve etkin bir biçimde mobilize olmasını sağlamaktadır. Kısacası bu çalışmayla sosyal medyanın siyasi yapı üzerindeki baskıyı arttırıcı bir rol oynadığı görülmüştür.
The basic purpose of this research is to explain, called new media impact of social media on politics is analyzed in Egypt. The emergence of social media, by explaining the definition and characteristics of social media tools to influence how the social structure is explained. In this context, some emerging concepts were discussed and it was performed using archive research method. Results of the study, social media can not directly affect the political structure and society movement, but at the point where society was uncomfortable to take action more quickly and effectively in society to mobilize quickly. Through this work, it is increasing the pressure on the political structure have seen that play a role.
