Özet
Çalışmanın konusu Türkiye'de iş sağlığı ve güvenliği (ohsas 18001 standartları) yönetimidir. Çalışmanın amacı iş sağlığı ve güvenliği kavramsal çerçevesinin açıklanması, iş sağlığı ve güvenliği yönetimi ve iş sağlığı ve güvenliği yönetiminin öneminin vurgulanması, OHSAS 18001 standartlarının amacı, yükümlülükleri ve yararlarının vurgulanmasının yanında Türkiye'de iş sağlığı ve güvenliği yönetiminin inşaat sektöründe incelenmesidir. Çalışma literatür taramasının yanında anket uygulaması ile desteklenmiştir. Çalışan sağlığı ve çalışanın emniyeti personele ilişkin bir olgu olmasına karşın çalışan sağlığı ve çalışanın emniyetine verilen önem, toplumların gelişmişlikleri ile ilgilidir. Endüstrileşmesini tamamlayan, gelişmiş toplumlarda çalışan sağlığı ve çalışanın emniyetine ilişkin sorunlar büyük oranda çözüme kavuşturulmuştur. Araştırmanın en önemli sonuçlarından bir tanesi kurumdaki pozisyon grupları arasında raporlama kültürü ölçek puanı bakımından istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılık saptanmış olması ve farklılığın hangi grup ya da gruplardan kaynaklandığı incelendiğinde, "personel" grubu diğer gruplardan istatistiksel olarak anlamlı derecede farklılık göstermesidir. Yaş grupları arasında çalışanların katılımı ölçek puanı bakımından istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılık gözlenmemiştir. Yaş grupları arasında kadercilik ölçek puanı bakımından istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılık gözlenmiş olup farklılığın hangi grup yada gruplardan kaynaklandığına bakıldığında sadece "25-29" yaş grubu ile "40+" yaş grubu arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılık olduğu ortaya konmuştur.
