Özet
Günümüzde yaşanan hızlı değişim, gelişime uyum çabası, rekabet ortamı, mevcut ekonomik koşullar, hizmet, hizmet pazarlaması, sağlık, sağlık hizmetlerinin pazarlaması konularının önemini açığa çıkarmıştır. Sağlık hizmetlerinin amacı; insan sağlığını korumak, ortaya çıkan hastalıkların tanı, tedavisini yapmak ve hastalıkların düzenli takibini sağlamaktır. Sağlık hizmetini yapan ekip; hekim, hemşire ve sağlık personelidir. Bunlar düzenli bir şekilde çalışarak hizmetleri yürütmektedir. Bu hizmeti yaparken; en önemli konu sağlık hizmetini veren hekimlerin performansını ve hizmet sunulan topluma olan sosyo-ekonomik akışını oluşturmaktır. Hastaneler her ne kadar hasta odaklı olsa da hastanelerde çalışanların memnuniyeti de önemlidir. Kullanılan teknolojiler, alınan kararlar, fiziki ortamın düzenlenmesi ne kadar iyi olursa olsun hastalarla yüz yüze temas kuran çalışanlardır. Ayrıca sağlık hizmetlerinin daha etkin ve kaliteli sunulması önemle yaklaşılan bir konu haline gelmiştir. Kalitenin ölçülebilmesi ve ölçülmüş kalite göstergelerinin izlenmesi gerektiği düşünülmüştür. Kalitenin ölçülmesi amacıyla birçok göstergeler yayınlanmıştır. Kalite göstergeleri, klinik süreçlerin kalitesini ölçmeyi amaçlamakla birlikte, işleyişle ilgili performansı ve çıktı başarısını da değerlendirebilecek özellikte olmalıdır. Sağlık hizmetlerinin soyut olması hizmet kalitesinin de soyut olduğunu gösterir. Bu çalışmada amaç; hekim performansının, sağlık kalitesi ve hekimler arasındaki performansın etkilerini araştırmaktır. Materyal olarak hekimlere anket formu uygulanmıştır, verilen cevaplara göre değerlendirmeler yapılmıştır. Anketin analizi SPSS (Statistical Package For The Social Sciances) Sosyal Bilimler için istatistik Programı ile değerlendirilmiştir ve performansın sağlık kalitesine etkileri saptanmış ve tez sonuçlandırılmıştır.
