dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, talaşlı imalat yöntemi ile ürün, üreten bir firmanın kalite kontrol süreçlerinden elde edilen bilgiler kullanılarak belirli bir parça için imalat sürecinin, ölçme sisteminin ve proses yeterliliği incelenmesi hedeflenmiştir. Bu hedefe ulaşmak amacıyla kalite kontrol esasları çerçevesinde istatistiksel kalite kontrol metotlarından azami ölçüde faydalanılmıştır. Söz konusu yeterlilik analizleri ile firmanın imalat ve ölçme sisteminde geliştirilmesi gereken yönleri araştırılmış, müşteri ihtiyaçlarının tam olarak karşılanması ve kalite maliyetlerinin indirgenmesi konularında çeşitli öneriler geliştirilmiştir. Sonuç olarak firma belirlediği hedefleri başarmak için nasıl bir analiz yapması gerektiği konusunda bilgilendirilmiştir.
dc.description.abstractIn this study, it is aimed to examine the adequacy of the manufacturing process, measuring system for a particular part by using the information obtained from the quality control processes of a company that produces machining method In order to achieve this goal, statistical quality control methods have been utilized to the maximum extent within the framework of quality control principles. With the aforementioned competence analysis, the aspects that need to be improved in the manufacturing and measurement system of the company were investigated, and various suggestions were developed in order to fully meet customer needs and reduce quality costs. As a result, the company was informed about what kind of analysis it should make in order to achieve the goals it has set.
