dc.description.abstractTarihi süreç içerisinde etik değerler, bir toplum içerisinde neyin doğru ve neyin yanlış olduğu konusunda yol gösterici rol oynamıştır. Etik değerler günümüzde de devamlılığını korumaya devam etmektedir. İş etiği, gelişen dünyada karşılaşılan olaylarla ilgili olarak, sağduyulu seçimler yapılmasında ve doğru karar verilmesinde kişilere yol gösteren ilkeler ve değerleri inceleyen bir disiplindir. Son yıllarda, çalışma hayatında yaşanan etik dışı davranışlarda artmaların görülmesi etik konusunu gündeme getirmiştir. Kurumların topluma karşı sorumluluğunun giderek artması ile iş etiği konusu önem kazanmıştır. İş etiğinin kuruma sağlayacağı faydalar üzerinde çalışmalar yapılmakta ve buna bağlı olarak kurumları misyon ve hedeflerinde değişiklikler yapılmaktadır. Kurumlarda iş etiğine yönelişin sebebi, sağlanan üstünlüklerin uzun ömürlü olmasıdır. İş etiğinin kurumsallaştırılması için tüm çıkar grupları arasında işbirliğinin sağlanması önemlidir. Bu nedenle günümüzde, bireylerin ve organizasyonların dürüstçe eylemde bulunduğu bir iş dünyası yaratmak için araştırma ve eğitim alanında işbirliğine, eylem ve uygulamalarını etik kurallara uygun olarak gerçekleştiren toplum varlığına ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır. İşletmelerde ve kurumlarda iş etiğinin kurumsallaştırılması ve sosyal yönden sorumlu davranışın teşvik edilmesi için bu alanda eğitimlerin yaygınlaştırılması ve bilimsel çalışmaların desteklenmesi önem kazanmaktadır. Bu düşüncelerden yola çıkarak hazırlanmış olan bu tezde; insan sağlığını korumayı, iyileştirmeyi ve devamlılığını sağlamayı amaç edinen sağlık hizmetleri toplum içerisinde çok önemli bir yere sahiptir. Bu araştırmada, insan sağlığı için vazgeçilmez bir kuruluş olarak hizmet veren hastanelerde çalışan sağlık personelinin iş etiği algısı konusunun incelenmesi amaç edinilmiştir.

Today continues to maintain the continuity of ethical values . Business ethics, about the events encountered in the developing world , prudent in making choices and guiding principles and values of the people examined in deciding the right discipline. In recent years, the working life of unethical behavior in the Additional enhancements have raised the issue of ethics . Increasing the responsibility of the institutions to the community has gained importance with the work ethic . There are studies on the benefits of business ethics and the institution 's mission and objectives of institutions depending on the changes made. Reason to favor institutions, business ethics , merit, provided that long-lasting . Business ethics is important to provide for the institutionalization of cooperation between all interest groups . Therefore, nowadays , individuals and organizations to act honestly, in order to create a business world where cooperation in the field of research and education , community action, and the existence of applications that perform in accordance with the code of ethics is needed. Institutionalization of business ethics and socially responsible enterprises and institutions conduct scientific studies to promote the dissemination and promotion of training in this area is important. Which is based on these considerations , this thesis of human health protection , health improvement and aims to provide continuity of services in the community has a very important place . In this research, an organization that serves as an essential for human health, the health personnel working in hospitals was aimed to study the issue of the perception of business ethics.
