| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışma ile tedarikçi-müşteri arasındaki ürün teslim faaliyetlerinin daha etkin ve verimli bir şekilde yürütülmesine olanak sağlayabilecek yöntemlerden 'Dış Kaynak Kullanımı'nın ayrıntılı analizi yapılarak işletmelere etkileri ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. Bahse konu çalışma bünyesinde incelenen Dış Kaynak Kullanımı her ne kadar kamu kurum ve kuruluşlarında da sıklıkla uygulanan bir yöntem olsa da, tez sınırları olarak sadece lojistik sektörde faaliyet gösteren sivil işletmeler belirlenmiştir. Anılan işletmelerde yürütülen süreçler ve süreç yönetimine ilişkin değerlendirmelerden hareketle, menfi ve müspet hususlardan bir varsayım oluşturulmaya çalışılmış ve Dış Kaynak Kullanımı'nın bir yönetim politikası olarak benimsenmesi durumunda elde edilebilecek başarı ve etkinlik ile olumsuzluklar analiz edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Sonuç olarak, işletmelerin ayakta kalabilmesi için sağlamak zorunda olduğu üç temel şartın ki bunlar düşük maliyet, yüksek kalite ve müşteri memnuniyetidir, hayata geçirilerek işletme politikası halinde uygulanmasının yegâne aracı Dış Kaynak Kullanımı'dır. Bahse konu yöntemin etkin bir şekilde yürütülmesinin sağlayacağı faydalar, işletmelerin varlıklarını karlı bir şekilde yürütmesine olanak sağlayacaktır. | |
| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to an analyze the effects of Outsourcing, one of the methods which all of sthethe product delivery operations between suppler- customer more effectively an defficiently. Regarding the previous studies examined, since Outsourcing in publicin stitution sand organizations also often applied as a method, the boundaries of this thesis will be only the civilian logistics enterprises operating in the sector. Theafore mentioned businesses conducted in processes and process management as sessmentof the movement, negative and positive aspectsof the assumptions approach outsourcing as a management policy to be adopted . As a result, businesses have to provide forthe survival of the three basic conditions which are low cost, high quality and customer satisfaction; where as the only tool to implement of these to business policy is Outsourcing. The said method will conduct the business effectively by providing the execution of itsassets in a profitable way. | |
