dc.description.abstract2003-2010 yılları arasında Türkiye'nin Kuzey Irak Politikası başlıklı tezde, belirtilen tarih aralığında Kuzey Irak'ta yaşanan siyasal değişimler ile Türkiye'nin Kuzey Irak politikası ele alınmıştır.Tezde ilk olarak 2.dünya savaşı sonrası dünyada yaşanan gelişmeler ve Ortadoğu bölgesinin jeopolitik önemi üzerinde durulmuş, ardından Körfez Savaşı ve Kuzey Irak'a yansımaları ele alınmıştır. Körfez savaşının siyasal sonuçlarının analiz edilmesi hedeflenmiştir. Tezin ana bölümünün zeminini oluşturan siyasal olaylar gösterilmiştir. 1. Körfez Savaşı sonrasında bölgenin genel durumu, Kuzey Irak'ta otorite boşluğunun ortaya çıkması ile Kürt gruplarının özerkleşme süreci irdelenmiştir. Tezin diğer bölümlerinde 1991 sonrası ortaya çıkan Kuzey Irak söylemi ve Kuzey Irak'taki siyasal yapılanmaya değinilmiştir. Bu bölümde Kuzey Irak'ta etkin olan Kürdistan demokrat partisi ve Kürdistan yurt severler birliğinin oluşum ve gelişim süreci açıklanmıştır. Kuzey Irak'ı bugün resmi olarak temsil eden siyasal yapının anlaşılması hedeflenmiştir.11 Eylül 2001 sonrası dönemin analiz edildiği bölümde, ABD'nin Irak işgali sonrasında yaşanan gelişmelere değinilmiştir. Tezin esas kısmında Türkiye'nin 2003-2010 tarihleri arasında Kuzey Irak'ta izlediği politikalara değinilmiş, Türkiye'nin Kuzey Irak konusundaki kaygıları üzerinde durulmuş, 2003-2010 tarihleri arasındaki Kuzey Irak politikası irdelenmiştir. 1 Mart Tezkeresinin reddi ve Irak'ın işgali sonrası bölgede yaşanan gelişmeler ile ilgili bir değerlendirme yapılarak Kuzey Irak'taki son durum ortaya konulmuştur.
dc.description.abstractThe thesis which is about the policy of Turkey on North Iraq deals with the dangers that became in the North Iraq and Turkey?s policy about North Iraq.Firstly it was mentioned in the thesis that the developments after the World War II. The importance of Middle East areas geopolitics and then it was dealt with reflection of the Gulf War and North Iraq. It was aimed to analyze Gulf Wars results, the politic events that concerned the basement of the thesis?s main part was shown. The general position of the area after Gulf War I the existance of lack of authority in North Iraq and Qurdish groups independence process were practised. It was mentioned in the other parts of the thesis that uttarance occured after 1991 and the politic structure in Norh Iraq. In this part there was an explanation about Patriotic Union of Kurdistan and Kudistan Democrat Party?s existance and development process. It was aimed to get understood the formal structure representing North Iraq today.The part analyzed the term after 11 th of September 2011. It was mentioned the developments after the occupation of Iraq by the U.S.A. In the main part of the thesis Turkey?s practical policy was shown in North Iraq and mentioned Turkey?s concerns about North Iraq. The rejection of 1 st March strecher the developments of the area after Iraq?s occupation were evaluated and the last situation of North Iraq was explained exactly.
