| dc.description.abstract | Muhasebe meslek elemanları ekonominin sağlıklı bir şekilde işlemesinde önemli bir yeri olan büyük ya da küçük işletmelerin etkinliklerini sağlıklı ve güvenilir bir şekilde geliştirebilmeleri açısından çok önemlidir. İşletmelerin özellikle mali ve finansal faaliyetlerinin sonuçlarını tarafsız bir şekilde denetler ve sonuçlarını işletmelerin yönetimleri ve ilgili diğer paydaşlarla paylaşarak onların gelişmesine katkı sağlarlar. İlgili yasal çerçeve ve meslek ilkelerine bağlı olarak yürüttükleri bu çalışmalarda devlete, topluma, işletmelere ve meslektaşlarına karşı sorumluluklarının bilincinde hareket ederler. Bu çalışmada tarihçi metot ve anket tekniğinden yararlanıldı. Bu amaçtan hareketle katılımcılara anket uygulanmış ve elde edilen veriler tanımlayıcı istatistikler kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Yapılan analizler sonucunda meslek mensuplarının demografik özellikleri, yaşadıkları zorluklar, mesleklerini icra ederken karşılaştıkları sorunlar, mesleğe bakış açıları, sosyal ve kültürel faaliyetlere katılım durumları ve meslek odasına ilişkin görüşleri değerlendirilmiştir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Accounting professionals are very important in order to develop the activities of large or small enterprises, which have an important role in the healthy operation of the economy, in a healthy and prominent way. They control the results of their financial activities in an objective manner and contribute to their development by sharing the results with the management of the enterprises and other relevant stakeholders. They are aware of their responsibilities to the state, society, enterprises and professions in these works, which are carried out in accordance with the relevant legal framework and professional principles. In this study, it is aimed to determine the socio-economic and socio-cultural profiles of the financial advisors. For this purpose, a questionnaire was applied to the participants and the data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics. As a result of the analyzes, the demographic characteristics of the members of the profession, the difficulties they faced, the problems they encountered while performing their jobs, their point of view to the profession, their participation in social and cultural activities and their opinions about the chamber were evaluated. | |
