dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada sağlık çalışanlarının iş doyum düzeylerini araştırmak ve buna yönelik çözüm önerileri getirmek amaçlanmıştır. İnsan yaşamının önemli bir zamanı iş yerinde geçmektedir. Bu nedenle iş görenin işinden hissettiği tatmin yaşamını büyük ölçüde etkilemektedir. Kişinin işinden aldığı doyum ruhsal sağlığının yanında, bedensel sağlığı üzerinde de olumlu etkisini göstermektedir. Aile yaşamında ve çalışma ortamında da verimliliğini arttırmaktadır. Kişilerin başarılı, mutlu ve üretken olmalarını sağlayan iş doyumu, işin bireyde oluşturduğu hoşnutluk duygusudur. Sağlık çalışanları, çalışma koşullarının iyileştirilmesini, çalışma yaşamına ilişkin gereksinmelerin karşılanmasını istemektedir. Çalışanların beklentileri uygun şekilde karşılandığı sürece iş doyumları da artmaktadır. Sağlık hizmetlerinde değişim ve ilerlemenin sağlanabilmesi için kişiler arası ilişkilerin iyileştirilmesi,hizmet standartlarının yükseltilmesi ve uygun çalışma ortamının sağlanması gereklidir. Gerek bireysel gerekse örgütsel açıdan sağlık çalışanlarının iş doyumu düzeylerinin bilinmesi olası sorunların erken tespiti açısından da önemlidir. dc.description.abstractThe aim in this study is to investigate the level of job satisfaction of health care workers and to bring proposal solutions for it. Very important time of human live passes at workplaces. Fort his reason the level of job satisfaction of health care workers effects their personel life. The level of job satisfaction shows its positive effects on physical health beside on mental health. The job satisfaction which provides the individuals happy, succesfull and efficient, is the feeling of gladness that created by job. Heath care workers need to improve working conditions and to supply their requrements relating to the work life. As long as their expectations provided with correct way, the level of job satisfaction inreases. It is neccessary to improve interpersonal relationships, to provide a suitable working enviroment and to upgrade the standarts of service for achieving the change and progress in health care. It is important for early detection of posible problems to knowing the level of job satisfaction in terms of personal and organizational. It is requered for companies to give the neccesary care for prevention and to bring new requlations.
