dc.description.abstractİş memnuniyeti, üretim ve hizmet sektörlerinde faal olan ve ister kar amacı taşısın ya da taşımasın, tüm işletmelerde çalışanların işin yapısından, yönetimden, iş arkadaşları ile ilişkilerinden, çalışma ortamından ve başarı değerleme ve takdir sistemine kadar memnuniyetlerinin bütünüdür. Verimlilik, kalite, rekabet gibi önem arz eden parametreler sebebiyle iş tatmini kavramı ön plana çıkmaktadır. Açık Cezaevi'nde yapılan bu çalışma ile işletmecilik etkinliklerine katılan mahkûmların yaptıkları işle ilgili neler hissettikleri iş tatmin ölçekleriyle ölçülmüştür. Bu ölçümlerin de suçluların ıslahına ne kadar katkı sağladığı anlaşılmaktadır. Araştırmanın ilk iki bölümünde kavram ve literatür taraması yapılarak yapılan çalışmanın teorik çerçevesi oluşturulmuştur. Araştırmanın temel dayanağı olan iş tatmini kavramı tüm yönleriyle birinci bölümde ele alınmıştır. İkinci bölümde ise iş tatmini kavramının oluşumuna sebebiyet veren çalışma olgusu detaylandırılarak cezaevlerinde bulunan iş atölyelerine değinilmiştir. Araştırmanın üçüncü ve son bölümünde ise yapılan alan çalışması ile elde edilen veriler tablolar halinde sunulmuş ve gerekli yorumlara gidilmiştir. Hükümlülerin cezaevi koşullarının oluşturduğu psikolojik ve sosyo-ekonomik bir takım olumsuz durumları minimize etmek için düzenlenen etkinlerde yer alırken yaptıkları işten dolayı aldıkları iş tatmin düzeyleri normal düzeydedir. Hükümlülerin %54,6'sı yaptıkları işten dolayı normal iş tatmini sağlarken %30,06'sı düşük düzeyde ve %15,34'ü yüksek düzeyde iş tatmini sağlamaktadır. dc.description.abstractJob satisfaction, manufacturing and that are active in the services sector and whether carry-profit or not moving, the structure of the labor of workers in all enterprises, in management, in relations with colleagues, work is a set of media from the success and satisfaction to the valuation and recognition system. Efficiency, quality, concepts which are important parameters such as job satisfaction because of competition comes to the fore. What do they feel about the work they handle their business activities with the prisoners who participated in this study was measured by the satisfaction scale open prison. How much of these measurements are also understood to contribute to the rehabilitation of offenders. Theoretical framework for the study of the concept in the first two parts of this study and the literature has been created. TheBasicPremiseOfThe concept ofJob satisfaction are discussed in the first part of the study all aspects. In the second part of the study subjects, giving rise to the formation of the concept of job satisfaction are discussed in details the business workshop in the prisons. InTheThirdAndFinalPartOfThe research data obtained through field work done and presented in tables it was made necessary to reviewers. A team consisting of psychological and socio-economic conditions, adverse conditions in the prison of convicts because they receive effective levels of job satisfaction in the work place while they are held to minimize the normal level. 30,06's% of normal, while job satisfaction in their work because of the low level of 54.6% and 15.34% of convicts provide a high level of job satisfaction.
