Özet
Projelerin başlangıcı, ilerleyişi ve bitimindeki süreç projelerin başarısı ve kalitesine etkileri vardır. Günümüz ihtiyaçlarından dolayı pazarda en büyük paya sahip inşaat sektöründeki başarı faktörlerini belirlememiz önem arz etmektedir. Araştırmanın amacı rekabet halindeki inşaat sektörlerinin uygun proje başarı ölçüm modelinin kullanılabilirliğini test etmektir. İnşaat sektöründe bu model ile planlanan hedeflerden hangilerine ulaşılıp nelere ulaşılamadığının belirlenmesi açısından önemli görülmüştür. Çalışmanın genelinde projenin evrelerinden, kritik başarı faktörlerinin işletmeler ve inşaat sektörü üzerindeki etkilerinden bahsedilmiştir. Daha önce yapılan araştırmalar ile anket sonuçları karşılaştırılıp değerlendirilmiştir. Değerlendirme tanımlayıcı araştırma metodu ile yapılmış olup veri toplama aracı olarak anket tekniği kullanılmıştır. Cinsiyet ayrımının kritik başarıda herhangi bir etkisi olmaz iken proje yöneticisi olarak yapılan proje sayıları, proje yöneticisi olarak firmadaki kıdem yılı, tamamlanmış proje sayısı faktörleri başarıda maliyet, kalite, performans, güvenlik, iş çevresi, iş programı gibi konular üzerinde rol oynamaktadır. Literatür ve anket kısımları ile toplamda 3 ana bölümden oluşan bu çalışmada bir proje yöneticisini ve projeyi başarıya götüren bilgiler anlatılmaktadır. Yapılan bu araştırma ile günümüz koşullarında rekabet halinde olan firmalar için hangi faktörün diğerlerinden önce gelebileceği değerlendirilmiştir. Proje sürecinde başarıya etkisi olan maliyet, iş programı kalite, performans, güvenlik ve iş çevresi kriterleri ölçülmüş olup sonuçları irdelenmiştir.
Projects start, progress and process at the end of the project has the success and quality of effects. Because of today's needs, it is important that we can determine the success factors in the construction sector which has the biggest share in the market. The purpose of the research is to test the available of the competitive project success measurement model of the competitive sectors. In the construction sector, this modal was deemed important in terms of determining what goals were planned and what could not be achieved. In general the study phase of the project, have been mentioned in the construction industry impact on businesses and the critical success factor. The results of previous surveys and surveys have been compared and evaluated. Assessment was made by descriptive research method and survey technique was used as data collection tool. The number of projects made as project manager, the seniority year at the firm as the project manager, and the number of completed projects have successfully played a role in the subjects such as cost, quality, performance, security, business environment, work program while gender discrimination has no effect on critical success. Literature and questionnaires, and a total of 3 main sections, this project contains a project manager and the information that leads the project to success. With this research, it is evaluated which factors may come before others for firms competing in today's conditions.
