dc.description.abstractKüreselleşme çok geniş bir kavram olup, ekonomik, siyasal ve kültürel olarak ülkeleri etkilemiş ve teknolojik değişim ise bu etkileri hızlandırmıştır. Küreselleşme ile dünyada değişen nüfus popülasyonu sağlık hizmeti talebini artırmıştır. Sağlık teknolojileri kullanımı artarak yaygınlaşmış ve dünyada yeni bir pazar oluşturmuştur. Dünya ülkeleri yaşlanan nüfusun ihtiyaçlarını karşılamak, sağlıkta yükselen talebi karşılamak ve artan sağlık maliyeti gibi sorunlarla karşılaşmışlardır. Tüm bu gelişmeler hizmet sektörünün hızla gelişmesine ve dünyada yeni bir rekabet alanı oluşmasına zemin hazırlamıştır.Dünyadaki bu değişim Türkiye'yi de yakından etkilemiştir. Türkiye'de de dünyaya paralel olarak teknolojik yenilik, rekabet, artan maliyet baskısı ve diğer gelişmeler Türk sağlık sektörünü yeniden yapılanmaya yöneltmiştir. Küresel eğilimlere uyumlu olarak istihdamın niteliği hızla yükselirken, istihdamın şeklide değişmiştir. Sağlık teknolojileri kullanımı hızla yaygınlaşmış, teknoloji kendine yeni istihdam alanları oluşturmuştur. Yaşlanan nüfusun ihtiyaçları, artan sağlık hizmeti talebi ve sağlık teknolojilerinin kullanımın yaygınlaşması Türkiye'de hızla sağlık personeli açığı oluşmasına neden olmuştur.Anahtar Kelime: Küreselleşme, Teknoloji, Sağlık, İstihdam
dc.description.abstractGlobalisation is a broad concept and has affected countries economically, politically and culturally and variation of technology has speeded up these impacts. Globalisation process, and the increasing population has increased the health care demand. Use of various technologies in the health care industry has been widely increased, therefore a new market was created. The world countries has encountered difficulties meeting the demands of elderly population and high expectancy of health industry. All of these developments were the main reasons causing the health industry to grow rapidly in a competitive environment.These changes in the world has effected Turkey as well. In Turkey, in parallel to the world, technological innovation, competition, pressure of the rising costs and other developments have led to the Turkish health sector restructuring. In line with global trends, the nature of employment increased sharply, while employment has changed in shape, technology itself has created new employment areas and rapid and widespread use of health technology has become common. The needs of an aging population, increasing demand for health care and the widespread use of medical technology rapidly caused the growing lack of health care staff in Turkey.
