dc.description.abstractThe result of these fast and impressive develoments of information (IT) and communication technologies electronic trade becomes more prevalent. All these developments on e-trade influence good on industry and macroeconomic policies and performance. The top conutries on international competition are mostly the users of IT technologies. This study purposes the profile of informatics literacy on e-trade in Turkey. In summary of economic indicators are Industrial and occupational changes, globalism, economic dynamism, modifying conditions of competition, continuance of revolution on information technologies (IT) Change overs of income, economic growth, bussiness and employment Dynamics(2), Corporate and government investments for transition on digital economy(3), The easiest explanation of e-trade is doing bussiness over the internet (4). The basic tools are telephone, fax, television, electronic fon transfer systems (EFT), electronic data interchange (EDI) and internet (8) We can divide e-trade into 4 groups(7). Bussiness to bussiness: Network usage for ordering from suppliers, invoices, payments are in this group and most commanly users are big companies for industrial such as steel, chemistry and auto parts printouts (5). Bussiness to customer: The best examples are electronic banking and insurance bussiness. Bussiness to administration: Announcing the public procuremenies electronicly. Customer to administration: Social security and tax payments are in this group. The meaning of this study is to determine the things that government should responsible of for using e-trade understand how e-trade in Turkey, what kind of products they buy, how they pay, what they expect from shopping sites and why they don't do e-trade(1). In this research there are 300 attendees, only 280 of them are taken into consideration 20 of them are eliminated in some reasons. The SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) method is used on this network public survey research.en_US
