Açıklanamayan infertiliteye sahip kadınların bağlanma stillerinin incelenmesi

Özet
Açıklanamayan infertilite kavramı, bir sene boyunca korunmasız cinsel ilişki sonucunda gebeliğin oluşmadığı çiftlerde görülen durum olarak açıklanmaktadır. Her ne kadar sebebi net bir şekilde bulunamasa da, açıklanamayan infertiliteye sebep olabilecek bazı kaynakların tahminine yönelik çalışmalar yapılmaktadır. Kişinin bağlanma stili, ileride onun psikolojik ve fizyolojik sağlık durumları ile ilişkilendirilebilecek bir kavramdır. Zira çocukluk dönemindeki bağlanma stilleri bireylerin yetişkin dönemdeki yaşantısına etki edebilmektedir. Bu bağlamda çocukluk dönemindeki bağlanma stillerinin açıklanamayan infertilite ile ilişkisinin var olabileceği değerlendirilmektedir. Bu kapsamda bu çalışmada, eşinde ya da kendinde gebeliği engelleyici hiçbir tıbbi sorun bulunmayan kadınların kendi çocukluklarında bakım verenleri ile aralarında oluşan bağlanma stilinin tespit edilmesi ve saptanan bağlanma stili ile bu kadınların açıklanamayan infertilitelerinin arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmaya katılım sağlayan 80 kadın katılımcıya, kişisel bilgi formu, "Anne Babaya Bağlanma Ölçeği (Parental Bonding Instrument)" ve "Erişkin Bağlanma Ölçeği" uygulanmış, elde edilen veriler SPSS paket programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda açıklanamayan infertilite problemi yaşayan kadınların infertilite problemi yaşamayan kadınlara göre çocukluk yıllarında anne babalarına daha güvensiz ve kaçıngan bağlanma özellikleri gösterdiği, diğer taraftan erişkin bağlanma düzeyleri dikkate alındığında açıklanamayan infertilite problemi yaşayan kadınların infertilite problemi yaşamayan kadınlara göre daha güvensiz, kaçıngan, kaygılı bağlanma özellikleri gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir.
The unexplained infertility is explained by the situation seen in couples with not having pregnancy although they have unprotected sexual intercourse for one year. Although the cause of infertility can not be found, there are researches that try to reveal the cause of infertility. The attachment styles is a concept that can be related to people's psychological and physiological health conditions. Because attachment styles in childhood can affect the life of individuals in adult life. In this context, it is considered that the attachment styles in childhood may be related to unexplained infertility. In this context, the aim of this study was to determine the attachment style between women with caregivers in their own childhood and to determine the relationship between the attachment style and the unexplained infertility of women who had no medical problems in their spouses or in their own. Parental Bonding Instrument and Adult Attachment Scale were applied to 41 female participants who participated in the study and the data were analyzed with SPSS package program. As a result of the study, it has been found that women who had unexplained infertility problems showed more insecure and avoidant attachment characteristics compared to women who did not have infertility problem. On the other hand, when the adult attachment levels were taken into consideration, it was determined that the women who had unexplained infertility problems showed more insecure, avoidant and anxious attachment characteristics than the women who did not have infertility problem.
